Yep, in 2000 I quit my job and started my own business. Best move ever!
It's a scary thing to walk out on a paying job, but sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do!
Good luck!
Those are solid numbers for sure, but is it just me or have the Sabres goalies let in more than their share of softies? Reimer and Bernier were famous for that. Playing well but always letting in that clunker at just the wrong time!
Not saying there is a "one size fits all" to winning. I am saying a couple more losses this year could be more beneficial than a couple of more wins. They can learn to win next year just as well.
Exactly! Look at Ottawa last year. They went 23-4-4 to finish the year and sneak into the play-offs. Looked like they were learning to win together and came back this season and **** the bed. Why? because they don't have the talent.
One more superstar would help with "learning how to win together."
Do you really think that 5 less wins this year would stop them from learning to win together?
That call can go either way and often does depending on the initial call on the ice. Didn't see anyone on here complaining about Foligno doing his best Duncan Keith impression on the face of Grabner?
Contact on the goalie was the call. Why is that bizarro?
Not really. Half of the NHL rosters are made up of Canadians, so plenty to cheer for. Being a Leafs fan, that has been my only option forever.
Sour grapes much? I know, I know you wanted Dan in the first place......
Perfect game by the Leafs tonight.
I thought you knew a lot about Canada. It's Sudbury that has the stampede.
Seriously? The Sabres are a young and "up and coming" team, but nothing I see right now leads me to believe that you can expect a long play-off run next year. Anything is possible, but I just don't see that as being a realistic view.
