Shockey is a good player but I don't think he is a good fit for Buffalo because of our young QB. Shockey wants the ball all the time and I think that could be very distracting for a young QB. If Shockey starts bitching for the ball all the time maybe Trent starts looking his way too often and starts locking in on him to make him happy. I think Manning did that for a while and the Giants seemed to do ok after he was out. JMO GO BILLS!

Any way you slice it, this is not good and people are talking. I live in a small city of 56,000 people and today alone no less than 10 people made comments to me about the Bills. Things like "your running back is in a bit of trouble eh", "schitt's hitting the fan in Buffalo eh" and so on. This puts a bad light on the Bills and we as fans have put up with enough crap over the years with the 4 SB losses. As I type this, Marshawn's name scrolls across the ticker on the NFLN for all the wrong reasons.

I guess we will see in a couple of months.

Here's a FACT. A vehicle registered to a player on the Buffalo Bills was involved in a hit and run accident and that player has yet to come out and say he wasn't driving. That is enough to get people talking. If he doesn't want people talking he should come out with more FACTS. When things like this happen lawyers usually have to do damage control, well this is the damage part which they could have controlled long before this. Can't have your cake and eat it too. (I hate that expression but you know what I mean)
