  1. The heartless bastard in me wonders why one would write a "Guess what? I had a tumor! But I'm okay now. Just letting you know" letter to Peyton Manning in the first place.
  2. Yeah, no kidding. Big priority this offseason.
  3. Despite some real boneheaded plays, and he still has a penchant for doing stupid celebration dances, Clements played great this year. He deserves the Honolulu trip.
  4. Of course, at this point in 2001, it was still Rob Johnson or Alex Van Pelt's team.
  5. You mean 'jeopardy.'
  6. How does Adam Sandler get to keep making movies?
  7. I disagree. I don't think Posey has done anything that Josh Stamer or Angelo Crowell couldn't. He's been riding the coat tails of Spikes and Fletcher.
  8. It won't bother me, personally.
  9. Madden could put a naked picture of Roseanne on the cover and it wouldn't matter anymore, since EA bought the exclusive rights to the NFL.
  10. I generally like to post on message boards where at least 3/4 of the posters have a basic grasp of their native language, yet I inexplicably post here, too.
  11. I'm glad both of your aliases have the same avatar now. Good on ya.
  12. Says the guy with "RJsack" in his user name.
  13. That photoshop job is AWFUL. The least they could've done is made the words look like they were actually on the uniform instead of just floating into space.
  14. This is the most depressing thing I've ever seen.
  15. The playcalling in that game was downright Martz-ian.
  16. There's twelve different download locations. See those links next to the red Update things? Click on one of those.
  17. oh, I know. Just offering some feedback.
  18. I don't think that's a very sound judgment. I can see where you're coming from, certainly, but I don't think the remix is in anyway disrespecting the Beatles work at all. The remix isn't trying to replace the Beatles catalog nor is it trying to gain anything from it. It's not a sham. It was just a fan (who probably had A LOT of time on his hand, but that's not the point) who did something creative. Spray painting over a Rembrandt ruins the original painting, and is a huge sign of disrespect. Mixing together different Beatle songs is more of a tribute than anything.
  19. My bad. I completely forgot that's where Evans was from. Wow.
  20. I like Lee Evans and everything and he's a fine player, but why did he get a standing ovation? For gracing the masses with his presence?
  21. If by "cowbell" you mean "sense".
  22. Ah, well, I can understand not liking remixes very well. I typically don't like techno or that sort of music at all, but I do tend to enjoy things like this - because every bit of this Mash Up is something that the Beatles recorded (meaning, there isn't any sort of drum machine or made up beat), it's just creatively organized in a way to make it sound like something entirely different. But I agree it's not for everyone.
  23. Argh, yes. I almost forgot about that... Well, that's kind of why I was curious as to what Darin would suggest Colemen do different, because a) the gameplan was pretty bad on offense AND defense and b) I always thought it was the players themselves blowing pretty easy assignments.
  24. Did you actually listen to it? As a huge Beatles fan, I think this is probably the best Beatle remix (and there's a lot out there) that I've heard.
  25. I was kidding when I called him a redneck, although I admit your post puzzles me all around.
