  1. Rudolph and Washington continue to impress. That would be something if we got Rudolph with our pick and then Washington with the KC pick. Rudolph gets knocked for the offense they run but they said tonight how he is a film junky and is a future coach in the making. That's the kind of interest and intelligence it takes to succeed at the next level imo. But studying tape and then putting it into practice in the game are what scouts would want to see. Can he identify coverages, makes calls at the line from under center, read the whole field, show proper footwork, move around in the pocket and make the throw? He checks all of the other boxes otherwise
  2. Yep you caught me. I just want my favorite team to be terrible forever. I come here every day and just wish they would lose every game.
  3. This actually might be true. They say the number of knee and hamstring injuries are increasing because the athletes are bigger and stronger and faster and their bodies can't handle it. McBeane and the analytics dept might be ahead of the curve!
  4. They meant to say farters. Doug Marrone likes farters
  5. We are either going to be the healthiest team in the history of football. Or this won't last. I guess we'll have to wait and see
  6. Super Bowl! Tyrod will win back to back to back and go into the hall of fame before he even retires
  7. They figured they had Tolbert and Taiwan Jones too. It will be RB by committee if Banyard can't get it done
  8. he will change it to #5 next year. currently being used by another player
  9. haha this is deja vu all over again. same thing happened in 2014 when they lost to a bad Dolphins team. everyone was freaking out saying how the Pats are vulnerable. they marched right on and won the Super Bowl. it's week 1. everyone needs to chill
  10. young rookie RB's are a dime a dozen. overpaying for a RB in today's NFL is dumb. Gilleslee, Karlos Williams, Jonathan Williams...doesn't matter who we have out there it would seem. one thing that would define each of the Bills teams throughout the drought is we always had a top name RB on the roster because we assumed we needed it because we didn't have a QB. look at players like Ajayi and Hunt and the kind of value they bring to the table. you don't need to overpay for RB's to get solid production
  11. exactly, only played 12 games. shared the load with Gileslee last year. needs a solid 1500 rushing 500 receiving to be worth that contract and has to show he can be the feature back for a full season now that he's old for him to be worth a team trading for him. did you watch the game last night? Hunt for KC makes 800k per year. only an idiot pays 8 mil per for a RB. plus now a 2.5 mil incentive bonus. is McCoy 10x better than Hunt?
  12. Don't get too excited. Pats lost week 1 in 2001, 2003 (to us), 2014. And then they went on to win the super bowl each time.
  13. Tom Brady loves balls.
  14. Patriots are clearly tanking
  15. Someone will if they are desperate for a premier RB and think they can get 2 more good years out of him.
  16. Makes sense to me. You go to sell your flashy sports car you might spend a little extra cash to get it detailed and get a tune-up so you get the highest offer for it. Look how nice it looks, look how well it runs! Some might think thats cash out the window that you don't need to spend but you make it back when you sell it or at the very least you have a lot more people interested. I think McBeane wants to sell and they are making a small investment now to make sure they get max value later
  17. Hall of famer has nothing to do with it. He's going to be 30, he has to put up Philly type numbers this year to prove he still can. 300+ carries, a lot of catches out of the backfield, 1500+ yards rushing. Feature back by every definition. So you think the Bills are going to carry a 30 yr old who is the highest paid RB in the league on their roster next year in the middle of a rebuild? You are dreaming. They are dumping the high contracts and high contracts for RB's are unnecessary. If they can get an asset for him so that they can rebuild they will. This is a team being built for 2-3 yrs from now
  18. They want him to have MORE carries. They said it yesterday over and over. They want to show he can carry a team on his back. A monster year proves that
  19. Hasn't put up Philly type numbers since coming here, no. If he puts up the type of numbers he did in Philly teams will know he's still got it and his trade value goes through the roof. A RB desperate team will be itching for a back that can put up big numbers like that
  20. Haha are you guys messing with me or are you being serious? They gave him 1 year worth of incentives for absolutely no reason other than to motivate him to have 1 good season. You can't be that dense to see what's going on here. If you think a highly paid RB in his 30's is part of a rebuilding team then you need to get your head examined. In 2-3 years when we are expected to be good Shady will most likely be retired. Wake up people
  21. Incentive to get his numbers up so he looks more attractive in a trade. If you think they did this out of the goodness of their hearts you are naive
  22. I root for total devastation for both teams
  23. This will definitely not be a good year for us but very well could be the year for the Pack to get back to the top. Unfortunately whoever makes it from the NFC still has to eventually face the Patriots
