  1. You are quite delusional if you think that not having a QB is the only reason this team is considered a very bad team. Is not having a QB the biggest problem, no doubt, but what about all the other holes? Heck, we have one NFL receiver on the roster. One of the worst defenses in the NFL over the past 3 or 4 seasons got weaker since the 2012 season ended with the players that NIx released. You can put Tom Brady on this roster and it might go from the 4th worst roster in the NFL to maybe the 9th or 10th worst roster in the NFL-still a long ways from competing for anything.
  2. No sure we really wanted Fred Davis with his history of injuries and head case problems. I am overly concerned though with this teams'/Nix's failure to do really anything except make more holes on this team. This team is becoming more of a joke as is Buddy himself.
  3. No fan of the Bills should be saying they think another team is bad, or the worst team in the NFL, because there are twice as many people saying that about the Bills. At this point, the Bills are nosediving into an even worse team, so many holes, does it really matter?
  4. At least they are being nice, couldn't have been alot cruder to describe this mess of an organization. Biggest losers in the NFL. Hands down.
  5. Nostril Sex? Damn I am getting old. Never heard of that, guess that is snotty sex?
  6. I am just asking what document or informational area makes it a "Fact?" Don't really have any "facts" as to why I am heterosexual, and I am not condoning being gay, but I don't really think there are "facts" on any of this? Maybe I am wrong, but I would bet my public library doesn't have the "Laws of Sexual Preference" on the shelves. And if I did ask some gay people, wouldnt that just be their opinions? If it was all hereditary, there would be no gay people, since I don't think they can reproduce yet.
  7. Bottom line is it would be a high risk/high reward signing. There is a huge chance that with his disciplinary issues and injury history, the signing could blow up in the Bills faces. There is also a good chance, that if he could stay healthy and out of trouble, he could be a multiple Pro Bowl type of player-big "If" though.
  8. Is there really somewhere/something that actually has facts on homosexuality? or is it all opinions? Seems to me it depends on who you ask. I can understand the bigotry statement, but where do you find facts? Is there an almanac on this issue? Wikipedia?
  9. I got the same reaction from my kids when I told them I have been a Bills fan for 40 years.
  10. The fact is, there are two topics that are probably always going to be split right down the middle in the country as far as what side of the issue people are on-Same Sex relationships and Abortions. If you don't understand that in 2013, then look in the mirror and get a grip on reality. Maybe in 25 or 30 years same sex relationships will be more excepted, and numbers show it is more accepted by the younger generation, but for quite awhile it will be split down the middle. I personally don't care one way or the other, but why is it that gay/lesbians feel the need to let everyone know their sexual preference? I don't see alot of straight people making sure people know they are straight? What does ones' sexual preference no matter what it is have to do with football?
  11. So the Bills aren't even close to contending for the playoffs=bottom 5-8 team in the league. Even the poor teams are at least closer then we are. If a team "isn't even close" to contending for a playoff team then what are they "capable" of? Not much.
  12. I think #4 is about right, maybe even tied for #3 with the Jets would be accurate. Just goes to show you the poor job Nix as done as GM of this team. This team was a mess when he took over, but I guarantee you they wouldn't have been ranked as bad as they are now on this list. Kinda a little excited to see what this new coaching staff can do, but my fear is they are handcuffed because of the worthless performance of the GM. Think about it, this team was coming off of three straight 7-9 seasons, which was pathetic, but in the 3 seasons since Nix took over, they have never even won 7 games in a single season. That is even worse then pathetic.
  13. Why not? When you speak in a reality sort of way, we don't really have an NFL caliber QB on the roster, and haven't for that matter for about 6 or 7 seasons now.
  14. What if the player was William Gay of the Steelers? Seriously though, it wouldn't bother me, but I am not one of the drunk idiots in the stands down by the field on sundays.
  15. They could have signed a couple just as young, just as good, healthier and alot less of a head case a week or so ago, for about the same price. I guess 70 year old GM's just don't move that quick. Not gonna happen when the Redskins have a multiple year offer on the table.
  16. Nix came into an rough position in 2010? The way he is going, whomever succeeds him, probably Whaley (although I think it would benefit the team if they brought in new blood), is goind to come into a 10X worse position then Nix did. He needs to go, and the sooner the better.
  17. Hold your breath, you might look like Barney the dinosaur. Some fans you could put Ryan Leaf in a Bills uniform and some of these fools will say he is Canton bound. Unreal. Fact are facts, Nix is terrible.
  18. Don't forget his rookie season, while not against the law, he couldn't wake up to make it to practice.
  19. I was thinking the same thing, and for the most part players in general. The Steelers don't pay big free agency contracts, rarely pay good money to their own players with a few exceptions (QB), yet they are one of, if not the best run franchise in the NFL and are playoff competitive, probably 9 out of every 10 seasons. If they let a player go, pretty good chance he doesn't have much left.
  20. Just like Nix and the Bills, let all the young promising TE's sign elsewhere, and go for a guy with all the talent in the world, but can't stay healthy (or awake) and is one toke away from a long suspension? We obviously need a TE, but the same people who are supporting this move, at least many of them, are the same ones who said something like "They had to trade Marshawn Lynch, he is one strike away from a long suspension." Well, so is Davis, not to mention he is coming off of an achilles injury and can't even run yet.
  21. The guy is one of the worst GM's in football, plain and simple. He has put this franchise in a position at the QB spot where it is years away from being competitive. Some people blindely support anyone associated with the Bills, but the facts show that this guy has done worse then Levy, Donahue or just about anyone else over the past few decades in Orchard Park. The only GM who can't scout Pro Days and get involved in free agency at the same time. What does he have to show for three drafts, all with pretty high picks? The best pick is obviously Spiller, who has had two more or less disappointing seasons, and one good season as a part time back. Dareus has been underwhelming for the most part, considering where he was drafted, he is a good pass rusher but couldn't stop the run very good if he had the other team's plays. Aaron Williams has played like an undrafted free agent, not like a second round pick who was chosen ahead of Andy Dalton. Gilmore was OK, but he was called for more penalties then just about any other DB in the league. His biggest error is blatantly ignoring the QB position and trying to fill it with other team's garbage cast offs. He is bad, face the truth. Time to move on from a guy who got his big break at the age of 70, who does that?
  22. I think Brad Smith has been a waste since he has been here, but do we really need to cut him to add a WR since we only have 2 besides him on the roster? I think we need to dump him and sign 3 or 4 receivers, maybe 5 or 6 just to find a couple decent ones in camp. This team doesn't need Smith. As a QB he has completed both passes he has attempted since coming here-to the other team. With McKelvin resigned, we don't need him as a return man, and he runs straight ahead until he gets hit anyway. His best role is at WR, and probably #5 or #6 on the depth chart, and he makes too much for that. No he isn't. Wow? That's just crazy.
  23. The only reason I wouldn't list Cousineau, it was him that got us the pick to take Jim Kelly in the draft. I would list Erik Flowers, Maybin, Mike Williams, Patulski, Losman, and if you ask me in a year or two Aaron Williams.
  24. It's the Bills and Buddy Nix, what do you expect?
