Guns, I try to be optimistic, but boy...and I am sorry to be that guy...it is just whether he can comeback and we all hope that he does but at what cost?
It is the fact that this is a hobbled guy that has a fairly large impact on your cap.
If you were to sign him or he was a young guy on a 3-4 million per deal, sure.
However, I believe he is $16 million plus on next year's cap and we are underwater already.
Are we going to bonus or frontload because we believe he is here long term? (sarcasm)
Again, I am sorry, but this is such a tough one.
Go Bills, but God bless Tre.
Amen Donuts as I hate these circumstances- 1

I never wanted to believe it, but an Achilles is one of the worst injuries in the NFL, and he may have sunsetted from the NFL. I’m not quick to throw out a previous all pro, but how many catastrophic injuries can he survive? -

I avoided Covid for 4 years too working in hospital. Finally caught it last month. Felt like crap for about 4 days then got better. Flu I caught years ago was worse. Get well
Thanks Gary. This has been two weeks, but I’m slowly coming out of it. -
I fell asleep early last night. COVID has kicked my butt. I was proud I never caught it for almost four years, and I’m in hospitals, Infectious Disease and CCP offices everyday. I finally caught it felt like garbage for two weeks.
Enough of my whining, I was shocked seeing the Raiders score. They destroyed the Chargers. With the new Brady offense, I can see us winning the last three. This Sunday’s a toss up.
At least it’s in OP.

Girls fan, I hope you have a wonderful time. If you’re staying in OP or Hamburg, my parents were out every Friday at Hoak’s for a fish fry. I used to get the leftovers. It was delicious. BTW- across the street is my High School, St. Francis. That’s also the alma mater of Brian Daboll, Chris Polian, David Caldwell, and Tom Telesco. All coaches or former GM’s of NFL teams.

I expected this to happen, but what concerns me more is the nature of the fields in these international games. This year in London was a joke. I don’t want to see needless injuries, because they don’t want to ruin their soccer fields.

Bills 28-24.
The cowgirls will put up a fight, and will come down to the last drive. We won’t roll them, and they won’t roll us.
Then we can run it.

I’m actually not happy as I wanted him to suffer year in and out in mediocrity. 7-10 to 8-9 each and every year to ensure it cements it was always Brady, not the 3D chess crap.

Happy for the kid.
I think teams have been waiting for the matter to be completely settled on the Civil side to potentially give Araiza a look in the off-season, so hopefully that will happen now.
Beck, the matter is settled, and now it should be about 2nd chances whether it’s with us or another team. It’s unrelated, but the Von mess is not helping. It stinks in the court of public opinion, they should be seen as unrelated, but they won’t be by the media.- 2

Guys, I’m sire both of you know it, but they always give the home team 1.5 pts. It’s not 3 anymore, so the guys in the dessert believe it’s a pickem game.

We had almost every win we needed this weekend including the Fish last night.

The Dolphins are three games ahead of the Bills. A week 17 win still requires 2 more Dolphin losses to tie them. They play Titans, Jets, Ravens,Dallas, and Bills. They could drop 2 of those but 4 of 5 are at home including Dallas.
More realistic shot is a WC and they will still need some help.
Ethan, they only have to drop to the Cowboys and Baltimore. We beat them and we win the head to head as we’re both 11-6 with us sweeping them. Not four.
6 hours ago, Scott7975 said:Well they destroyed the Colts today and the Vikings are trash without Cousins so...
Hows that? Are you assuming Miami loses 3 games, one of them being us out of the next 5? It's unlikely they lose to the Titans or Jets. Maybe the Cowboys and Ravens but I think the Ravens are paper tigers.
Yep, I’m guessing if we beat the Cowboys, then we win throughout, and I don’t see the Fish beating the Ravens and Cowboys. So yes, we can finish both 11-6. -

If the Bills win next week you will see the Bills shoot up the charts. A lot of similar record teams playing next week. Then we should have two very winnable games after that
Win over Dallas and we are for real. We squeaked by the Chiefs today, but we finally won a tough game. I’m so happy we won today, and had fun with the boys at my local watering hole.We beat the Cowgirls, and people will take us seriously. We will beat the next three after the Boys. 11-6 is a nice fit, and as much as I don’t care about the media, they’ll shut up when we win 5 in a row. That means the 4th AFCE winner, and get at least 1 home game.

Cook is the first Bill since Thurman Thomas to be that dual threat. Of course Thurman was also great in every other aspect of the game as well. He could maybe give Cook a few pointers on pass pro.
Utah, you’re as always right, but Cook is more of a Scat Back, and not as powerful as the Thurmonator. Not sure of you guys remember that nickname. Cook can become incredible in time, and just needs a compliment of a banger. Right now we have Murray, and Fournette even though IMO he’s finished. Maybe Johnson can be that guy. What we really need is a 2nd WR. I’d trade up a bunch of picks to get one of the top guys, but depends on the chart as people still follow the J. Johnson chart. If we get the WR, we have the line, the TE’s, RB for the most part, and for sure the QB. Davis needs to go. He’s done fine for now, but just not consistent. We need more. Cincy has 3 top WR’s. Seattle has 3 top WR’s. We need at least a 2nd, and Shakir can be a good slot #3.

I hope some people just remember today when thinking of Josh. He’s a unique athlete, and we are blessed to have him as we always have a chance for a deep run when you have Allen. I love that guy.
Everyone knows my handle, but Allen is the best QB the Bills have ever had in 63 years.

Offense - Davis
Defense - Douglas as so few guys pass rush effectively to Mahomes. He just is too good at evading the rush. We might be able to pressure him and then the CB’s clean up.
-
Knox needs to be 100% before they put him on the field. He has been successful against the Chiefs in previous years, but if the wrist is still bothering him, he’ll drop the ball.

double, triple team Kelce, force Mahomes to find secondary targets. Pacheco is out so their run game will be worse too. If u take away Pat's 1st read, by the time he finds someone open, hopefully the pass rush has reached him.
On offense, if we play mistake free football (as best as possible) and limit our turnovers & negative plays, we SHOULD win this game np.
The blueprint to beat KC is to take out Kelce. Lets hope we gameplan to do just that. If we dont, fire the DC.
Kelce’s had nagging injuries with a bone bruise, bad ankle at times, etc. I don’t want jinx it, but feel good about this game. The Cowboys game will be much harder. I’d feel a lot better about the playoffs at 11-6, than 10-7. 1 game at a time though. -

I'm saying we need to go 4-0 and the Fins need to go 2-2 then we must beat them head to head. The reason I said it's crazy it because the Bills haven't played well on both sides of the ball during the same game much this year. Plus winning 5 in a row is no easy feat
I’ll say what I wrote in another thread, tomorrow and next week will determine our future. If we can pull off a win against the Chiefs and Cowgirls, we lay great odds of having a great finish.- 1

Douglas will make a difference. Pass rushers never seem to get to Mahomes. It’s coverage guys who can make a difference.

Hey... this requires an entirely stupid gesture response.. Maybe that was what he was going for, but... that was movie.. psychotic is the word we are missing here!...
I just laughed my ars off as we watched that dumb movie so many times in college as I was in a fraternity. I will admit it was some of the dumbest and most fun times as a youngster. From the “ you must drink every time you hear a shush shush when the door opens on Star Trek to you have to drink every time in scar face someone says the f word”thank god eventually I grew up.

For the Panos family to make another stupid decision. I’d have no confidence in that franchise. Mind you, I have no issues with LAC, and like Herbert.
