    Woods and Brown - 100% replaceable with who we already have. The McDermott > Rex effect on our defense will counteract any difference Gilmore made IMO losing his talent however will sting

    Holmes fills the void of Woods, Easely, and Hunter in one signing. Now throw a OJ Howard or Corey Davis in the mix and we are in buisness!

    Trade or pickup a fringe #2/3 WR draft OJ Howard, and use Clay in the slot - I think would be pretty successful.

    Corey Davis! We can fill the backend of our defense in later rounds and be solid there. A case could be made for Hooker or Adams as real difference makers that a #2 WR can't match right away but I don't see it that way personally. If Tyrod doesn't have more threats he will be keyed and falter. We need to pick the best WR for him - Corey Davis.

    The drought sucks but what sucks worse is the patriots*** having so much success over the same period - their fans being so ungrateful. They honestly might go undefeated with no end in sight

    I despise the words culture change.. We even heard about how by hiring the anti-micromanager (Rex compared to Marrone) we would see improved play. McDermott is just doing what is expected at the NFL level not a "culture change" - we are just finally normal!

    My thoughts exactly. Cap hit is very, very low for a starting QB + a year to year agreement after year 3 - really great job all around.

    Rex Ryan is why.. If anyone capable of fixing was in charge at HC maybe something else would have changed but you just knew Rex was in WAYYY TOO deep. In regards to focus of offensive attack it won't change untill we get at QB that can attack defenses and that's not a rookie, a bridge guy, or Cardale* yet so we swear by McCoy and rightfully so.
