ive done some pretty risky (no, stupid) things with fire over the years. among the best - CO2 cartridge. probably the loudest explosion ive ever heard in my life. completely disintegrated a chest-high fire such that absolutely nothing was left. nothing. - Anti-aircraft bullet, about 4 inches long with the casing. we were 'smart' enough to wait behind a large boulder, but when it went off we could hear it ricochet off of trees and rocks for the next 4-5 seconds, no exaggeration. - Grolsch bottle. empty but sealed with their famous stopper. it exploded glass in every direction but by the grace of our guardian angels it didnt hit any of us, except for one piece - the ceramic top which hit my friend square in the chest. it was attached to a very pointed shard of glass.

thanks for the tip. been groovin on this for a couple hours now. beats having to keep skipping ahead to the next song all the time on pandora. they even have bootleg stuff on here for quite a few bands - not sure how long that will last but

one of the best features of the PS3 are the free demos. i'm pretty particular about games so i've downloaded over 100 so far, and i've purchased a few. the demos are a tease but it's better to find out whether you like it or not by playing it before dropping 30, 40, 50 bucks or more. i also buy used games from well-rated ebay sellers. picked up NHL 09 for about $15 inc shipping and i love it, especially the online mode where there is always competition. the 'motorstorm' racing game series is a riot, and i've killed quite a few hours with 'zen pinball' too - all of these i found from the demos part of the playstation store.

Probably Hardball. I found a bittorrent with all the Commodore emulators and every game ever made. It was a lot of fun taking the trip(s) down memory lane. Still highly playable is Elite and MULE. I like Sword of Fargoal too, but damn that is a hard game to solve. When I first got my Commodore, I had to type in all of my games manually (from Compute Gazette magazine) line by line, either in BASIC or machine language. When I was done and turned the computer off, POOF - games were gone. After dinner, had to type them in again, line by line. Eventually I upgraded to a datasette, and the wonderful world of load errors... Interestingly my career ended up in computer data storage.

i could easily see myself as that guy, so i'm curious to know how this story unfolds. it would be one thing if he was taunting the fans by shouting 'chargers suck' but from the limited footage before the arrest he seemed to be only yelling positive stuff for his team. i think it's more than telling that multiple chargers fans stuck up for him. i hate the jets, but i hate seeing any football fans who enthusiastically support their team get such a bum rap. that said, he probably should not have resisted as much as he did

worth checking out is Melinda's Habanero Sauce... it's well marketed in a lot of supermarkets altho it is made in Costa Rica. the quadruple XXXX Extra Reserve has a nice long sustained burn
