As a pharmacist, I have to say that in many patients the SSRIs and SNRIs are considered to be equally effective. The individual agent is often chosen based on the individual patient and the drug's side effect profile (some are more activating, some cause more sexual dysfunction, etc.) The same can be said with anti-psychotics. All have been shown to be equally effective, with the exception of clozapine, and are, again, often chosen based on side-effect profile (changes in lipids, glucose, weight gain, extrapyramidal effects, etc.)

My girlfriend and I are looking to book a vacation to Vegas in February. Anyone have any good suggestions on which hotel would offer a quality experience for a reasonable price? We will probably be spending 4-5 nights and while money isn't a huge concern, we'd like to keep it under $750 per person. I've checked Orbitz and it seems like the Mirage may be the way to go.

Without any clue about what you'd be referring to, I opened the thread with the intention of saying something like: "If the holiday season is over, then why the are those ing Hyundai commercials still on?!?" At first I thought that woman was destroying the commercial herself. I developed a deep, deep hatred for the commercials. It wasn't until later that I realized those dudes are even worse. Dancing and prancing around like moronic fairies. I'll never own a Hyundai.
