I think this would be a weak team in our 14 team league. How come no decent qb? RB's: Decent but not great WR's: Very Strong QBs: Very Very weak = Your in trouble in a 10 teamer.

CBS and NBC used to have significant fights on every Saturday afternoon in the late 70s and most of the 80s. Guys like Ray Mancini, Alexis Arguello, Billy Costello all would appear. It really got you interested in the sport. I have a lot of them on vhs taped live. I used to love boxing back then. All my tapes have original commercials etc

Insanity for even considering this? I thought it would make for a more balanced team but right now Lynch is no LT.

All the really good atheletes aren't boxing now. 76 Olympics were unbelievable talent wise for the U.S. Ray Leanord, Howard Davis, Leo Randolph, Spinx bros etc. Big John Tate was the only real slug on the team and compared to this years US rep for heavy, he was pretty damn good. I think the death of boxing can be traced back to one thing. Greed. Back in the early 90s, late 80sThey decided to put any fight that was even remotely competitive on PPV which cut out a lot of audience. We just got the low level fights. Killed the interest. I think another contributing factor was terrible decisions on fights.

Although I think 99% of religions are laughable on lots of levels, I do think any that do not believe in a supernatural being watching, saving, coming back or whatever are much more reasonable. That said, we have a guy working for us named Jesus. I'll keep my eye on him just in case fairy tales do come true.

Honestly don't believe that game is going to arrive. I think its vaporware. But vid games have been into sequels for a long time now. How many versions of Final Fantasy are there? Consoles are really bad for this. Original games like Bioshock, Crysis are hard to come by.

lol I was listening to Gil Brandt yesterday on Sirius and he was talking about Trent. He was one of the two highest rated qb's coming out of high school. I think he said the other was Vince Young. However, during his career at Stanford was marked by continuous injuries. He really liked him otherwise. It would suck if this was his m.o. during his stay here.

I agree he has a valid argument but he still signed a contract. To me he has a obligation to full fill that commitment. So he should legally be there imho. However the Bills should pay him more once he is in camp if they want the team to continue to improve. I wonder what would happen if management decided to "renegotiate" a contract down after a sub par year by a player?

Overall good effort. I whined about play calling last week so this week I'll praise it. Threw a fair amount on first down and it really made a difference. Edwards looked good as he had time and the D wasn't sure what was coming. I thought he had good zip on the ball as well. Especially on both td passes to Royal. 2nd thing that was very encouraging was we seemed to be getting pretty decent pressure on Roths with our front four. Is having Stroud in loosen things up for our DE's? Big Ben had to make exceptional plays on the scramble to move the ball a couple times. He is good and he is going to make plays on you no matter how good your coverage and pressure is. Anyway, those are the two things that stuck out for me in this game. Oh and how awful it looks like playing in Toronto. Just don't belong there.

We all want to see Pitt punched just cause he's doing that hot piece. BUT that piece also looks like a bit of a pain in the ass
