I'm curious why this would be. I don't understand what the difference would be. If your good enough to coach a team too the playoffs then why would you always lose in the playoffs. Unless it's something as simple as better competition week too week in the post season. Or just out coached by superior guys in the playoffs every year? I mean, NHL I can see why there would be a difference because the game up shifts in intensity and you have to have the ability to get your players too that level. NFL not so much. The game doesn't really change post season. I guess what I'm getting at is that it's not like the strategy changes or anything.

I find my almost always at odds with the things Bettman does. Why the hell he is fighting the Blackberry guy and his great offer I'll never know. I think everyone realizes that pre season game results are meaningless. If the Bills have not had a recent and 10 year history of sucking huge, and did not get progressively worse last season, everyone could minimalise these games. I think we are all looking for positive signs. Even if it's a great drive one series, then a dumb turnover the next and we lose. At least we know we are capable of positive things. But nothing seems to have changed. We look almost exactly like we did last season. Thats what has lots of us thinking negative. However, I am moderately encouraged by the defense. They didn't look too bad at all against the Steelers. I think they will be significantly better than the offense this year.

I can't imagine the mood here and for Bills fans in general. I guess it depends on how long are starters play. If its all our backups then it doesn't matter I suppose. I would think that they would want our first team offense out there for as long as possible just to get some positive attitude going.

True but Big Ben impressed me last night. Some of the plays looked like the coverage was very good by the Bills db's but Roths throws were great. Sometimes it's just good players making great plays. I thought so to. The D's biggest problem was that it was on the field too long. If the offense had any idea at all what they were doing that would have been a competitive game. I was encouraged by Maybin. Thought he brought a needed element to the pass rush. They looked solid against the run for the most part. Just need to get more consistent pressure on the qb. They do look like they have the makings of a pretty good D hopefully. 6. Oh and I also think Moorman is the best player on our team. Every punt was great. But then again, he does get a lot of game practice.

I kinda get though. Once your game is done or your team doesn't play until later you still can have fun following your team. It's not like you spend the entire time looking at your phone. Just to check points. Nice feature to have for those who want it.
