  1. Is any political stuff great? Kinda like that pile of shite is great. I liked Hanks a lot better when he was doing comedies. He should do more of those.
  2. Question is asked every year I imagine. Going to visit family this fall in Canada and my brother and me are going to catch a game while we are back there. Really don't care who it is but have to schedule flights around it.
  3. I agree. Manningham is decent but no way I would pay him #1 receiver money. I would rather take my chances drafting one this year in the first round.
  4. Watching Bruschi on ESPN talking about the signing. I think he's right on the money. The perception of the Bills has greatly improved with other players in the league. Im actually getting excited about the Bills listening to him explain how Mario is going to help the D. Been a long time since I've actually looked forward to the season with a positive attitude.
  5. Because that article was posted before the announced signing. Don't panic!
  6. Finally, this decision is almost as big as quarterback Peyton Manning's with the Broncos, Titans, Cardinals or Dolphins. It's a game-changer for Buffalo. If the Bills land the biggest defensive free agent on the market, it sends a message that they are serious about winning this year. With that in mind, today could be a great day or a bad day for the Bills. From ESPN
  7. 186 pages! Damn. It's nice to see this much excitement here. Just hope we get him. Will Bills go for a wide out in the draft if we do land Mario? Would make the draft very interesting.
  8. Texas Vs California Near the end of the article. Explains a lot. "With this in mind, it makes perfect sense that only 18 percent of the Democrats who control both houses of California’s full-time legislature worked in business or medicine before being elected. The remainder drew paychecks from government, worked as community organizers, or were attorneys. In Texas, with its part-time legislature, 75 percent of the Republicans who control both houses earn a living in business, farming, or medicine, with 19 percent being attorneys in private practice. Texas Democrats are more than twice as likely as their California counterparts to claim private-sector experience outside the field of law."
  9. Keep in mind this guy Chu has the same basic attitude towards electrical power. Shutting down coal plants all over even in Cali where we have a stressed out grid already. One right here in Conta Costa. So basically they dislike but tolerate some coal plants. And no way they are going to build dams and absolutely no way they are going nuclear. Whats left? Friggen windmills?
  10. San Diego Pensions California Government Agencies From this WSJ article "California's economy, which used to outperform the rest of the country, now substantially underperforms. The unemployment rate, at 10.9%, is higher than every other state except Nevada and Rhode Island. With 12% of America's population, California has one third of the nation's welfare recipients. Partly due to generous union wages and benefits, inflexible work rules and lobbying for more spending, many state programs and institutions spend too much and achieve too little. For example, annual spending on each California prison inmate is equal to an entire middle-income family's after-tax income. Many of California's K-12 public schools rank poorly on standardized tests. The unfunded pension and retiree health-care liabilities of workers in the state-run Calpers system, which includes teachers and university personnel, totals around $250 billion."
  11. Then what? Is he hoping to become some sort of celebrity out of this?
  12. Even though I didn't have an opinion on Bill one way or the other, I have to give him credit for his restraint and class. Colton's diatribe during council would have got him punched in the head by a lot of people. Of course the first thing he would have cried would be gay bashing. I find it ironic that he would criticize Bill's chosen field of occupation."Why don't you get a real job". It appears to me,(judging by his work ethic around the camp), Colton hasn't experienced a day of work in his life. On one hand I think they should get rid of him just because his attitude. Also his affinity for the female tribe. But he would be my first choice to go to the final three. No way he gets enough votes.
  13. Have to agree. Place grosses me out.
  14. If the government was doing its job it would never come to this. Obama won't properly protect the borders so what is a border state to do? Personally, a civilian militia guarding the borders probably isn't the best idea but I suppose they feel they are out of options. Last thing I wan't is people to get shot, on either side. Really, what should be done but never will be, is a real effort to help Mexico rid itself of its corrupt government so maybe some day, that country can get it's collective **** together and Mexicans won't be motivated to enter the US illegally. But that will never happen under Obama because it doesn't suit his political needs. He's easy on illegals the more support he garners among the Mexican and Latino community. The more poor, uneducated immigrants are here, the more watered down the society is. The more divided it is and that's just fine with him.
  15. I used to really dislike Rachel when watching her on Big Brother. Constant fawning over Brendon. Breaking down and crying all the time and so on. But the second time she was on Big Brother I kinda grew to respect her. Despite her seemingly weekly emotional break downs, she always pulls it together and win challenges, just like she's doing well on them in Amazing Race. Also, near the end of Big Brother she really showed a determination to make it to the end(teaming up with Jordan) despite being outnumbered. And it seems like her loyalty to whomever she's with seems unwavering. I know I'm in the minority but I really kinda like her.
  16. Go Arizona. Like this state more and more. http://www.statepress.com/2012/02/16/state-militia-bill-proceeds-to-arizona-senate/
  17. A mindless distraction from his horrible record as president. Skyrocketing budget. Another 110 billion just glibly added to Obamacare. Over $4 per gallon per gallon fuel. Much needed pipeline denied that would create jobs and more oil. Real unemployment over %15. This guy has golfed over 90 times. 16 vacations and over 100 fund raising events attended. On and on and on and all everyone is worried about is fuggin condoms
  18. 60 Billion bailout with only about 6.5 billion being a actual loan they have to pay back. Damn right they should be doing better.
  19. As much as I hate the left like Obama and couldn't care a less if something bad should befall him, I could never bring myself to post something like this. As much as I hate to give this website hits, here it is. I didn't bother reading it because being Rolling Stone it's nonsense out of the gate. http://www.rollingstone.com/politics/blogs/taibblog/andrew-breitbart-death-of-a-douche-20120301
  20. I'm the first one to trumpet the benefits of government fiscal responsibility. But why the military? Why not unionized federal employees? Some brainless overpaid clerk that would make 2/3 the money in the private sector. If that. If any group under government employ deserves the gold standard, it's the military.
  21. It's not only oil its electricity as well. Obama and his Marxist buddies using the EPA to shut down coal plants. Posted this link before. http://www.prisonplanet.com/obama-energy-secretary-promises-massive-coal-plant-closures.html
  22. Pretty shameful that unionized federal employees are not having pay more for insurance and the US military people are. http://spectator.org/archives/2012/02/29/no-there-there
  23. How great was he as Drexl in True Romance? But then again, that movie was chalk full of great performances. Drexl Spivey: "No thanks? What does that mean? Means you ate before you came down here? All full. Is that it? Naw, I don't think so. I think you're too scared to be eatin'. Now, see we're sittin' down here, ready to negotiate, and you've already given up your s***. I'm still a mystery to you. But I know exactly where your white ass is comin' from. See, if I asked you if you wanted some dinner and you grabbed an egg roll and started to chow down, I'd say to myself, "This mother*******'s carryin' on like he ain't got a care in the world. Who know? Maybe he don't. Maybe this fool's such a bad mother******, he don't got to worry about nothin', he just sit down, eat my Chinese, watch my TV." See? You ain't even sat down yet. On that TV there, since you been in the room, is a woman with her breasteses hangin' out, and you ain't even bothered to look. You just been clockin' me. Now, I know I'm pretty, but I ain't as pretty as a couple of t******."
  24. Oh good. That means he's going to die soon. Didn't realize he was that old. Jesse Jackson wouldn't happen to be in his 70's or 80's?
  25. In the face of overwhelming odds I guess it could be considered irrational. But wouldn't it also be considered irrational to roll over and take up the bung hole constantly? I mean apparently 5% of us would enjoy it but I hardly think the founders played on that team.
