  1. Greenland is melting before our eyes and polar bears are dying... And @Cripple Creek & @BringBackFergy fiddle like Nero in the Carp thread. /smh... Our always Great Nation, world needs them & their misguided energy!
  2. University of Iowa isn't "private." /smh... Three letters: TVA (Tennessee Valley Authority) Three more letters: PTH (Power To Hillbillies) All brought to by and subsidized by the Industrial & Industrious Northern States. Chew on that... They'd still be backwards and losing the Civil War with no internet & air conditioning if we weren't so benevolent. Pfffft... A silly fish, that is tasty... And people get all hysterical!
  3. ^^^^^^The rubber and glue defense.^^^^^^ I do $10 million a month in business. Match that Mr.Fancy Dancy! THAT'S $800,000 for every day I work! Bet that makes @BringBackFergy jealous. EDIT: MAKE for the country. NOT spend, like the other government employees do.
  4. This from 9 years ago. It's held every summer: 2010 Bath, Illinois... Still NOT in Great Lakes yet. Something is working. Started in 2005. 14 years ago! Oh, the horror... @BringBackFergy is almost 20 years behind the times!
  5. Sure you are... Where do think it goes. Right down the Hudson. They just process it. I let the sun & dilution process mine if I don't use a toilet. All toilets in Chicago get treated.. Same as your town then released... Anyway... At work all heads go to septic field. We have city water, but no city sewer... Too far out of the way here. Our septic field is 3 feet higher than river.
  6. Yeah... But they're pissing on Memphis! And you're pissing on Queens, NYC
  7. Lake and ocean... Most definitely. I even piss in the lock... Then flush it with 6 million gallons. Not one trace of me left!!! By the time it gets to New Orleans, it passed through 3 people. One in St.Louis, another in Memphis, another Vicksburg.
  8. Actually, urine is sterile when it comes out. I remember reading too... It was Jorge Posada and I think one of the "catching Molina's?"... Were one of the few not to wear batting gloves. Guess how they toughned up their skin? Yup, while in the shower. I think it's good for athlete's foot too. ?? Myself... I am way too classy. I step out, even know it goes down the exact same place.
  9. Yeah... You might as well just drink the shower water.
  10. In honor of the "Nose Pickin' thread" "You can tune a piano, but you can't tuna fish"
  11. Wow! 23-nil. I have a feeling nobody will say "no"... Because that's an outright lie. We've really grown as a society!!!
  12. So did the OP explode yet... 2 pages in an no:
  13. Or forced by @Hammered a Lot to clean the latreens after the game/tailgate. I am gonna suck up to @mead107, he'll put me on KP duty and load his truck. Have fun Boyz: @BringBackFergy & @Cripple Creek cleaning Hammer's heads... DON'T forget these: @Gugny will be supervising your work!!! That's Gug with the whip:
  14. @BringBackFergy is a bit skeptical. How come invasive species weren't that much of a problem before 1972? We found a way around the sea lamprey. They came from the Finger Lakes region, Atlantic. Zebra mussel "invasion" dates back to one ballast transfer in Detroit area, 1987... We are dealing with that. Why the problem now?
  15. I think you misspelled: javelina.
  16. The @BringBackFergy kid didn't think so! ? Another 50 bucks says he does when nobody is looking!
  17. Throw $2 million of nitrogen in the water a year. Create a stinking stagnant dead zone for 2 miles. Just like the old polluted days, nothing will get through, they will stay in Kentucky. The other $100s millions wasted on biologists, etc... Keeping "job security" will go back to taxpayers. Boom! Problem solved... But what do these science guys do, clean water freaks do... They make the water cleaner every year... Even add oxygen, waterfalls all along the canals to get the water clean. Sure I add bubbles in winter to keep ice forming... But a nitrogen dead zone, kill zone, would create a barrier miles away... Yet... We waste 100s of millions to pay some high-priced pencil pushing biologist... So they can pay off their degree. Such a simple solution. Why wasn't this a propblem years ago... Because the waters were too damn polluted.
  18. ^^^Weak immune system^^^ Like my wife's "lace curtain" Irish family. They never farted outside the bathroom. LoL... Are you kidding me! Gotta keep up appearances!
  19. Because our environment, water is getting cleaner and healthier every year? Why aren't they taking off in Asia, rest of world? USACE has been shocking for 10+ years. They come in by the lock and launch. I can show you the log book. Hundreds of pages from the last 10 summers where they sign in... They shock and net. Again... I am (seriously) confused... This ain't new with some hick from Kentucky thinking this up. It's 2019. Where have you been? I hope you don't pull this sh... In court! LoL... Yet... In 10+ years, they only found 2 Asian carp up by where I push buttons. They found more alligators. Go figure. True. I sh.... You not.
  20. One fish kill took place in 2009: https://www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php?storyId=121104335 They shock the good, "game" fish first, then relocate them. Then in 2011, they did it again... That time taking out 100,000 pounds of fish with about 11,000 different pieces of fish from 30+ different species. NOT ONE Asian carp was found. 2 miles were wiped out below the lock where I push buttons. That's over a decade ago? What did @BringBackFergy wake up from his decade long nap?
  21. That's why 10 years ago... The people in Kentucky proposed renaming Asian carp: "Kentucky Bluefin" so they can market it better for human consumption. Where have you been the last decade? This is new?
  22. Say... 50 bucks the @BringBackFergy kid picks his nose... 50 bucks more says @Cripple Creek eats it:
