  1. The last time I went to Canada was in June when we were back in Buffalo visiting my mom and the rest of my family. When we pulled up to the booth on the Canadian side, I was pleasently surprised to find probably the most attractive immigration official I had ever met. I wondered whether she had ever worked at the ballet.
  2. 4,8,15,16,23,42
  3. I did not see the Cowboys game on Sunday, but it looks like Drew had a pretty bad game (although Parcells in his press conference indicated that he had some "help" in that regard). Last year, someone started trashing Drew on this board in the first of the Cowboys first preseason game. Then, when Drew had some great games and others started posting about how well he was playing, some posters complained that we should not be posting about Drew on this board. In any event, those of you who have been trashing Drew should not be surprised when others write posts about Drew when he has some good games. Drew was a part of this team for a few years, and I fully expect that people will post about him and other former Bills.
  4. For the past couple of years, opposing defenses have been stacking the box to try to stop our rushing attack.
  5. As a matter of fact, he is.
  6. I second your nomination.
  7. If I respected your opinion on this issue, I might care. Guess what? I don't care. You and some of the others can try to run Willis out of town with your pitch forks. I will have no part of it. The problem with this team is not Willis. Believe whatever you want to believe.
  8. Thank you. You are exactly correct. It is obvious that there are some people on this board who either have never played running back and/or know very little about the position.
  9. He misplayed that punt for sure. Yet, keep in mind that he was the leading punt returner (or one of the leading punt returners) in the league last year .
  10. I knew that they had some problems with pass protection when Collins was there. How did they look last night?
  11. I was at the UM/FSU game. Although I disagree with your characterization of UM players, congratulations on the win. Even though I am a Canes fan, I love Bobby Bowden. By the way, Dwight Adams always reminded me of Bobby. I also root for FSU over Florida. I cannot stand the Gators.
  12. I do not watch them as often as I do the Bills. I also do not break down the Giants film as I do with the Bills. Yet, whenever I have watched them (which has been more than a lot of other teams), the Giants' o-line has opened up some pretty good holes compared to what our rbs have had.
  13. Thurman Thomas is one of my favorite Bills ever. He should be in the Hall of Fame. I would have to say that TT was the best all round back that we have ever had and maybe in the history of the NFL. So the answer is TT over WM. As for Cribbs, that is a closer call. I have not thought about him in a while. He was very good until he left the Bills to go to Birmingham (as I recall). As for comparing him to WM, I really could not say definitively who is/was better at this stage in their careers.
  14. You really think so? Oh well. I never realized just how good our has been I guess.
  15. You still have not answered the question. Are you saying that the Bills' line has been better than the Giants' line these past few years?
  16. Have you read my posts about JP? P.S. No he didn't.
  17. I still like your avatar. P.S. I would not call it "lowering your standards." I really think that you have "different standards" for WM because you just don't like the guy for whatever personal reason you think you may have.
  18. We are talking about it because you brought up production. Thanks for your back handed acknowledgment that WM was the fastest to rush for 2,000 yards. You really did not answer my question regarding Giants v. Bills line these past few years. Of course, you and I both know that the Giants line is and has been much better since 2000 and certainly since WM has been in the league. The Bills line has been pretty bad for about 10 years now.
  19. Good for you. Regardless of your uninformed opinions about WM, I still like your avatar. That is the best thing about your posts.
  20. Out of curiousity, do you believe that the Bills offensive line these past few years has been as good as the Giants' o-line? By the way, speaking of production (since your brought it up), which Buffalo Bills running back was the quickest to gain 2,000 yards in his career? Hint: He did it while running behind a piss poor offensive line.
  21. Have you ever heard of sarcasm? I was not there. Neither were you. We have no idea what was said to whom. Nevertheless, there is no denying that he knew where he needed to go for the first down and tried to get it. The announcers even said that it was a bad spot.
  22. How well did O.J. do before we got a decent line in front of him? Speaking of Tiki (who I think is a great back), you may recall that the Giants spent a first round draft choice on Ron Dayne while Tiki was there. It was not until the Giants upgraded their line that Tiki became one of the best backs in the league.
  23. How many asinine posts do we need on this board trashing WM without any basis? Although normally I would appreciate a quote from Shakespeare's Hamlet, the facts are the facts. The guy asked me a question and I answered it with the facts.
  24. God bless those that lost their lives five years ago as well as their families.
  25. Look at the evidence: He did reach for the first down. he knew exactly where the first down marker was and tried to get the first down nothwithstanding the horrid blocking on the play. There is no way that you can deny that [but I am sure that you will try].
