  1. Eek...when the Giants are taking OUR Offensive Lineman, you know they have serious problems.
  2. Go with the Texans...for some reason, they cant lose on opening day (plus...they are playing the Chargers and when else will you ever get a free shot like this to scratch a crappy team off your list while other people used good teams in Week One?)
  3. Nude pictures of TD...I'm convinced that Burns has got em! He keeps blackmailing Donahoe to keep him on the team. Its all so clear now.
  4. Glad to see Jason Peters back with the Bills...and nice that Haddad is sticking around as well. I really do believe that Peters could develop into a monster TE in the NFL, he just needs some time to get his technique down.
  5. 7-9...this team is SO not ready for the playoffs with our piss-poor offensive line and Bledsoe's seemingly diminishing skills. Until we find a suitable replacement for Bledsoe and his "pat pat pat" technique (and the only real good replacement on roster wont be available to us until Week 12), we'll be stuck in neutral.
  6. QB Rod Rutherford is an interesting pick...I could see him land on our practice squad, thereby giving us another healthy QB at our disposal (granted, an inexperienced one)...he had his moments in college.
  7. At my count, since TD took over the GM position, the Bills have selected 36 players out of the draft. This includes this past April's draft of course. Out of those players, he's cut 13 of them.
  8. All joking aside though, Travis Claridge is a decent player, I wouldnt mind seeing Joe Burns or Mike Pussywillow cut in exchange for picking up Claridge.
  9. Ken-Yon Rambo is still alive!? Good god man! I remember that he was the absolute freak in college, I guess his flashy game never translated into the NFL.
  10. Chris Watson, lining up at the penny-back position...
  11. Lawton and Trafford better not pack their bags, I guarantee they'll be back tomorrow on the practice squad.
  12. I saw San Diego release Kevin Dyson as well...that poor guy cant cut a break with all of those injuries (actually...he caught several breaks in his knee the last few years...Oooooooooooooooo that pun was delicious!)
  13. I remember the biggest knock on Baker coming out of college was that he had ALL the tools to become a dominant college Safety, and translate that into a starting NFL job, but he could never bring it together because of immaturity. If he has indeed turned the corner in that department, we have a guy with 1st-2nd round talent who we snagged up off the streets.
  14. Actually he was a 5th round pick...still, not a good move on TD's part.
  15. Wish that I was on ol' Rocky Top, down in the Tennessee hills...ain't no smoggy smoke on Rocky Top, aint no telephone bills... Hooray for Rocky Top, Tennessee!
  16. How in the world does this man continue to still have a spot on this team? Although I will give props to TD for keeping Ritzmann around, he looked downright nasty (the good kind) in camp and really played his butt off at the practices.
  17. It looks more like "Sloth" of Goonies fame...although they could be one in the same...
  18. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh PFT...the bastion of baseless sports reporting.
  19. Jax beat up on a backup squad of Patriot players, and they couldnt even get that started until the end of the 3rd Qtr.
  20. The Bills managed to eat up 9 minutes on their opening drive and easily wore down the Detroit Defense. If we can play offense like that this year, we'll be golden. NOW PULL THE STARTERS, FOR THE LOVE OF APOLLO!
  21. Apparently the football gods figured we suffered enough and gave us Shaw back early.
  22. According to the NFL.com Gamecenter I'm following, Bobby Shaw is back in the game.
  23. I have this weird feeling that Mularkey is "saving" Evans for the regular season. In the games I've seen on replay, most of the time the QBs arent even looking at him, even though he has decent seperation from the CB. It makes me wonder whether or not Mularkey, who is known to do some wacky planning, is trying to keep Evans under wraps and unleash him on the Jags in the opening game.
  24. Although not really a sleeper pick, Thomas Jones is looking like he'll be a stud this year in Chicago. Lovie Smith is going to run that guy A LOT, and Jones really came on strong at the end of last year.
  25. You've GOT to be kidding me...this just gets better every day
