  1. The theme here was trading back, gaining some day 2 credit and then letting the draft come to me. It was scary waiting that long to take a WR but it was a reaction to some WR runs.

My favorite draft I've had this off-season. Traded up to 14 for Odunze but then the Colts came in and offered to switch 14 and 15 and I regained some of the lost capital and took a chance... They picked a corner.

This double dip at WR would completely re-define our offense.

Some great Inerior O-Line depth acquired as well, along with exciting depth at DT, RB and Edge.

  3. Besides the obvious need at WR, I'm hoping for potential depth picks at Edge, Interior OL (I don't think there's a roster spot for a tackle with our current depth already there unless a great one falls to us), Depth at DT, Running Back, Depth at Safety and a late corner in case Elam doesn't develop further.

Fanspeak, CBS Sports- Josh Edwards BB. Speed kills right. Made the trade to secure Legettes.

    Trade Partner: Cleveland Browns

    Sent:

    Round 2 Pick 28

    Round 4 Pick 28

    Round 5 Pick 25

    Received:

    Round 2 Pick 22

    28: R1 P28 WR Adonai Mitchell - Texas

    54: R2 P22 WR Xavier Legette - South Carolina

    133: R4 P33 S Cole Bishop - Utah

    144: R5 P9 WR Roman Wilson - Michigan

    163: R5 P28 RB Jaylen Wright - Tennessee

    196: R6 P20 DL Khristian Boyd - Northern Iiowa

    200: R6 P24 TE Tip Reiman - Illinois

    248: R7 P28 LB Jalyx Hunt - Houston Christian

I just don't see Legette still being there even at 54, let alone 60. But you know this already! LOL carry on.

I see him gone by early 40's at the very latest.

Same odds with Wilson at 144.

Would of course love this outcome though :)

Out of these 4 who do you select @ 28

Really is such a tough call... Benefits and concerns with all 4. Upside is highest with Worthy and Coleman but also the most risk of failure as I see it. Franklin and McConkey should help right away with McConkey having the highest floor of the 4 and Franklin looking a little better on deep routes. I can't decide which trigger I would ultimately pull.

  6. I used our 1 and a 2 from next year as part of trades to maneuver into this result. Nubin also fell to 65 which I could not resist. Good interior OL depth which is where we need it with so much OT depth already on the team. And of course, Odunze, the cherry on top :)

From what little information I can gather, the least expensive seats in the upper levels are going to be covered. The uncovered seats are the fairly expensive lower bowl seats in the bottom half of those sections.

The people claiming they aren’t going to go from a present 100-level seat to a club seat in the new stadium may find the view and overhead coverage is pretty attractive for a cheaper seat up top.

There's not going to be a bad view in the house... Even in the current stadium, there really aren't too many. It's all a matter of perspective.

  8. I think what we should expect is an EVENTUAL starter on the outside, IF we do indeed take a WR at 28. Doesn't have to be right away. There are at least 6 Wr's that COULD be available when we pick that could fill that need. As we know or have learned, teams are going to end up really happy with about 3 of those 6, and NONE of us know who will live up to their projections and who won't.

BTJ, Mitchell, Franklin, Legette, Ladd and Coleman all fit that potential from what I have seen. Some are more physical than others... Some are better separators, etc. etc.

I felt like the M&T club was very business like as well.  I also hated that you couldn't open a window in there.  It was a very sterile environment to watch a football game.  Like... i was a little tipsy so at the time - a couple slices of ribeye was amazing.  But then the game started and we blew out Tennessee and it was just... not totally right in there.  Too many people didn't care about what was going on.

My company did an event for bills-KC in KC - and they combined the ticketing process with a sponsored tailgate event.  Get the business crap out of the way and then go into the game.

LOL that reminds me of a time before I had seasons, where my father got tix through work in a suite. It was a snow game (not too much, mind you) but I remember how cool it was with the food and all, but before long it all just felt really stale. Fortunately for this suite, I was able to slide the windows open and enjoy the true environment (and pissed many of the others in the suite off at the same time, LOL!)

I believe this is why the Bills are so secretive about PSLs in the rest of the stadium. It’s tougher to sell a $50k PSL when people know they are only $5k a level up or in the end zones. Maybe businesses won’t care, but some individuals might.

I think that too. And it makes me hopeful. But even 5k per seat where I am with 3 seats in the 300 level is going to be way too much for me to justify, and I am blessed have a pretty darn good job, etc. 1-2k per seat maximum is where my limit will be. We shall see!

This is why I’m team Coleman

He is certainly intriguing. I see him as a swing for the fences pick. Could blow up in our face, could be the 3rd or 4th best WR in the class.

I am team "whomever can be fill our X position within 2 years" guy, whether that's a big body guy or a great route runner (or both), unless a stud pass rusher or 3T falls way down to us.

I think there is a good chance.

For that reason I bought myself a Tre White jersey at Dave and Adam's when it hit the clearance for $16.99.    The white one's make good preseason or early season shirt for those hot days.   Passed on the Gabe/Poyer jerseys because I don't expect to see them in Buffalo anytime soon.   Well, maybe Gabe in a couple years after he gets cut.

That's funny, my gf cannot resist a good sale and bought me a Trey White jersey as well (home variety). Got it last week. :)

I have his goalie academy sweatshirt as well.
