  1. Dugger is so hit or miss , initially I thought damn , Belicheck is going to get the most out of him but Belicheck has missed on many high picks recently and is going to be a very complicated defense to learn making the jump from D2. Side note - Everybody wants Derwin James type but fail to mention his availability , which is one of the best attributes you can have at any position
  2. I don't mind pff as a reference to evaluating players but the NFL and Collinsworth make it seem like it's the holy Grail for determining player rankings. I wish they just stuck to giving us the raw data and stop their opinionated b.s. Anyway , I can see us going in so many directions. RB/WR/CB/EDGE/ OL even , basically , minus QB , Beane has the Luxury to go BPA and pretty sure he will
  3. Watch the tape. Regarded as BEST route runner in the NFL. Best contested catch rate of any WR. Ridiculous speed. Can literally do it all as a WR and has the mentality and work ethic to be the best in the game. True # 1 WR aren't easy to come by. Diggs is one of em , #1 CB guards him , opens up Brown/Beez and the run game. We got a legit SB window with this addition
  4. Same. The rest of the picks thrown in would be long shots to make a loaded , deep roster. Diggs is too 5 in the game. Jefferson probability of getting to that level is so slim. He's like another Treadwell , first Rd bust
  5. My buddy Jet fan just said Cle stole 2 OL from them ? Two sorry franchises
  6. i love how the train horn is going off too. Just adds to the chaos. Man that's a tough environment for teams to come into!! I doubt this has any impact on how he feels. If anything it shows him how amazing our fans are , especially compared to that weak a$$ fan base in Jax . I wouldn't mind having him. This staff values a vet back there , I'm sure Yeldon has given some insight on him as well. We can't keep rushing Allen on 3rd/4th & 1 . He'd be a great addition , but will his ego be okay with Motor getting more carries and just a situational back? If he's on board , it's a great addition imo.
  7. Adams will reset the S market. Eddie Jackson currently makes 14.6 per , followed by Byard at 14.1 per . DE I think is D Lawrence at 21 mil per. So ya , about 7 mil a year savings
  8. I agree completely. Henry was their whole O. He's going to be keyed in on heavily. They're a good team but not great , I think they'll struggle to get to 9 wins but they're a gritty team , like Buff
  9. Addison and Jefferson are definite upgrades. Butler too as the 3rd or 4th DL. Looks like they value sending out two very good , fresh DL units , versus one elite line , with hit or miss depth. We have a legit 8 man rotation, if Oliver is as good as I believe he is , he'll make everyone around him better too. Hughes is fine . Murphy is fine. Addison is going to surprise some ppl how good he is , he's 32 but that's a prime age for many Edge guys historically. Alot play til 35+
  10. Imagine him next to Oliver, wow. Oliver is my player I think will make an extreme jump and be considered elite , pro bowl , possible all pro by next year. I think we end up with 3 all pros on D. Oliver-Edmunds and White
  11. If it has any oxycodone in it , I'll take a bottle or 2
  12. The way Diggs NFL position coaches speak on him is so encouraging. Sounds like the ultimate competitor who will get a chance to shine as our bonafide #1 target. I think he's absolutely going to love Josh ,
  13. who knows. I'm just happy we got our guy in the 1 position we needed to upgrade to be legit SB contenders (still sounds weird , but I will definitely get used to it).
  14. He has IT This offense is going to be explosive with Diggs and 10 returning starters. Allen was so Raw coming out , the progress he has made so far is a great and there's no reason to believe he won't make another significant jump , which would make this O scary with ? maybe the best defense in the game. This is a SB Caliber team.
  15. Oh yeah. Top 5-8 QB taken, imo. He has the leadership, swagger , heart , all the mental intangibles to be a true franchise QB . All the things you can't coach! There'd be some offensive minded HCs drooling to get Allen . He was so Raw coming out , his ceiling is ridiculously high
  16. CJ Spiller could have been Probably McKelvin. It'd probably be Tre if they allowed him too
  17. Exactly. If he takes another jump this year , I'm all in with Allen. He handles himself like a franchise QB off the field like he should, very impressive, and his leadership is great. That'd be my test results , without the cocaine
  18. They feel they can have a much cheaper option with similar production. With teams gameplanning for Hill/Hardman and Sammy disappeared for multiple games at a time , but he has done that his whole career.
  19. Ya I can't argue that at all. I think you can make an argument for either trio and we have yet to see Diggs in this offense.
  20. Not sure if this is thread worthy. Mods can merge if needed. .. http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap3000001108262/article/vikings-wr-adam-thielen-calls-diggs-trade-a-bummer I just caught this article and again , Diggs work ethic is highlighted again and Thielen is clearly a bit upset. Everybody that talks about Diggs from the Vikes organization has had nothing but extremely positive things to say , except the bitter fans. Not only is Diggs a #1 WR on the field, but he's one off the field too. Football is everything to him , he elevates his teammates and has a strong work ethic. P.S - Just ordered my Diggs jersey
  21. Hill/Hardman/Watkins or Diggs/Brown/Beez ??!? I think you can't go wrong with either group and even though they have the speed advantage , Diggs and Brown have elite speed .. They don't have that true #1 though like Diggs. Watkins isn't close to Diggs level, imo and I like that Beasley adds that elite underneath game KC doesn't have.
