  1. Poor kid is right; I'm going to not only be her uncle, but also her godfather as well.
  2. Thanks, Rock.............I think.
  3. I'm the uncle they don't see nearly enough. I'll have to wait until the Memorial Day weekend to see Kamryn for the very first time.
  4. That would be nice. I'm still planning to go the the New Orleans game this year.
  5. I've changed my profile photo to honor the newest arrival to the Flowers family: Kamryn Anne Flowers welcome to the asylum known as our family, little niece.
  6. What he said. Don't fall too much in love w/the house either. We put a bid on one house, and I'm glad they didn't accept it. The house we ended up buying was MUCH better and cost us less. Plus, all we had to do was move in. We didn't have to buy anything for the place, other than minor things like garbage cans. The kitchen was redone recently, the roof still had another 7 years on it before they recommended we get it replaced, the air conditioning unit was practically brand new, window treatments (which can be very expensive, depending on what you want) and the appliances were included (fridge, dishwasher, washer/dryer). The house was an estate auction and the executor didn't live in Maryland (lived in California). They just wanted a fair amount for the place, which we offered. We saw the place on July 3 of 2001. The next day, a holiday, our agent wrote up a contract. The next day, July 5th, he brought it to our apartment in Randallstown for my wife to sign, drove to my office in Northeast Baltimore for me to sign, then drove to Columbia, Maryland to give it to the listing agent. Three days later, we got the call saying they accepted.
  7. The times, they are a-changing, aren't they?
  8. The reason is obvious as to why they won't implement instant replay the correct way: it makes too much sense.
  9. Hahahaha!!!! Overdo it on the Hurricanes, did we? Sounds like you guys had a good time, which is important. I'm hoping to take my wife there for the Bills-Saints game this year, as she's never been there before. I haven't been to New Orleans in 8 years, so I'm really hoping we get to go there.
  10. That was a good signing for the Falcons. Hartwell will be missed by the Ravens, even with the move to the 4-3 (and, possibly, some 46 schemes mixed in).
  11. Can't you just use the outhouse?
  12. According to the conventional wisdom of the Wall, TD won't be interested because he's not injured.
  13. This is really sad. Please stop all this arguing. We're all one big happy Bills family, right? Now, back to my vegtable soup...
  14. Right after "watching paint dry" did.
  15. Where's the fun in that?
  16. Agreed.....on both points. This has gone from the problems of this poor woman to an "I'm right, you're not" battle.
  17. Please don't shift Vincent to corner. He wasn't that impressive there last season. He was okay at safety, but nothing special.
  18. BillsNYC, all you need are a couple extra e's.
  19. We'd gain a first round pick, but we'd lose our best starter in the secondary and would probably have to use that pick on his replacement. I don't like it, even if it were to happen (which it probably would not).
  20. Isn't Maddenland the same place where we can sign every available free agent also?
  21. I will be very disappointed in the Bills if they wait until the 6th round to address the offensive line in this draft.
  22. This is a sad situation for both sides.
  23. Don't be afraid to say it, Josh. It's not our fault that the offensive line hasn't been properly addressed since the days of Kent Hull.
