I think shakir and Sherfield are definitely competing for snaps. Not only vs each other, but vs Harty and Kincaid as well. Sherfield is listed as outside…: but he was the starting slot for Miami last year. He can definitely play inside. He’s a much better blocker and so far in camp, has been a much more reliable pass catcher (if reports are true). I’m on record as loving the shakir pick and the player. That said- it’s time to put up or shut up. There’s a chance he’s buried behind Kincaid- Harty and Sherfield in terms of snaps. If he keeps dropping the ball, I’d rather we have Morris out there and run more 13 personnel. Morris has been a standout and I think he’s a player. I don’t think shakir will get cut, but if his drops continue, I wouldn’t blame them for cutting him loose. A WR ain’t **** if his hands can’t be trusted.

If he becomes the WR2 that you’ve been hoping for….. and we lose him…. So be it. Ironic edit: I feel like the only WR2 you’d be happy with is a proven WR1

Really eager to see this version of Gabe Davis . Sounds as if he’s improved. More importantly, eager to see if his feet can stay injury free this year. The biggest year of his lifetime by a mile

This is how I see it: Spector is a better athlete and has more upside in coverage. Dodson has already proven to be poor in coverage. We saw Dodson come in vs the Vikings and play a big part in losing the game. In this case the unknown is more intriguing than the known. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Not yet mentioned- Harty 1st team returner on both punts and kickoffs Tommt Doyle 2nd string LT- does he make the team over Quess or shell? I doubt we keep 3 backup OTs Shell over Quess backing up Brown

solid list- Beane has his work cut out for him again. I think Gilliam makes the team 💯 I think morris makes the team. I like sternberger too, but I really think morris can be a weapon if used properly I hope Shane Ray makes the team but I think he’ll be PS if he makes it though I don’t think we keep Edwards and Boettger. If he doesn’t start, Bates will be the primary backup G and C. I don’t think we will keep 3 backup IOL. Ike to PS imo. Sounds like my arch nemesis Cam Lewis is having a great camp. I think one of the DBs list on your 53 will get cut. Probably Damar or Cam imo. I think Klein will make the team if the MLBs battling for the starting spot struggle in preseason. I wish Matakavich was cut. I have no faith in Kyle Allen helping us win a game if Josh is hurt. I really wish he had a better backup. isabella could be interesting but I doubt it

Answer what question? The first question? 🤣 I didn’t think it was a real question. What makes me say if the pass protection is poor? Because it may be poor…… like last season. It looks as if the IOL should be better than last year but brown is still a starter and Dion hasn’t been great. I’m not saying it will be bad….. I’m saying that it might be bad…. And if it is, our backups don’t stand a chance…… The second question? Does that imply some level of uncertainty or confidence? Uhhhhhh yeah. We haven’t even played a preseason games of course there’s a lot of uncertainty. If someone is certain our OL will be good or bad at this stage of the season, they’re full of it. 💩 questions my man

I doubt anyone is trading a good RT. Thankfully, it looks like I had jumped the gun and Browns TC isn’t ruined. He still has time to put in the work to be a decent starter. I was worried that he would be out of commission for a couple weeks and stunt his growth even more

I would too. If our OL isn’t good in pass protection the 2 guys we have don’t stand a chance. I’d prefer to have a backup that can scramble and create plays with his legs

I’m just not a believer in their back 7. I don’t trust their corners or LBers. I think they’ll get exposed when push comes to shove. I think they’re really going to miss Jamal Williams in their locker room and their backfield. Gibbs is the truth. I thought he was a top 15 player in this draft, but I don’t understand signing Montgomery to that big deal when they could’ve had Williams for cheaper. Their OL is so solid, I think they invested too much at RB with a question CB room 🤷🏻‍♂️

I think the lions are good and could win the nfc, but I don’t see how others view them as the favorite considering their offseason. I don’t think it was THAT good to be better than the eagle or niners. Maybe equal to the cowboys imo.

Everyone knows that you use your left to mimic what a woman (or man) would do. Sheeesh They have no clue. He’s obviously this years version of Tavon Austin!

He was a strict press man corner in college. Played little zone. He was basically learning a different position and play style while playing behind a vet and equal to another rookie corner that had only played zone. I understand why he didn’t play full time last season based on those facts alone. This year is a different story. I really hope he can get acclimated by the playoffs and be our starter going forward. I like Benford and Jackson—— but their lack of speed could be a detriment to our D- especially in our division
