  1. 1.) It's not a big deal; they're trying to make it one to play the victim against big bad evil Trump. 2.) It doesn't matter who created it. 3.) They're liberals at CNN, so I am sure they feel perfectly justified crying victim to make themselves feel better because Trump is a bully, or something. Journalists fancy themselves martyrs and heroes because once in awhile one gets themselves killed in a war zone or be being stupid, and anyone who questions that delusion is the enemy and is just inciting violence. 4.) They're liberals. The ends justify the means. If that means outing some asshat (who most likely did not create the video Trump tweeted to begin with) to "defend" themselves, they will do it. CNN doesn't even understand how stupid they come off looking by threatening to out the person if he doesn't behave himself to their satisfaction ad infinitum.
  2. So... he's calling the human race a bunch of slackers?
  3. I agree the rap battle was stupid, especially the ending. Although I did appreciate the (thinly veiled) shot the Usos took at Xavier Woods being in the Paige sex video. I'm mildly surprised the WWE script monitors allowed that one to go through. As for the posing, the WWE is never really going to allow much in the way of interrupting entrance routines. I did like how Aiden English asked Orton mid-pose if he was done yet, before attacking him.
  4. While simultaneously going on about how they would support what he's doing if he could just pass it through Congress without their support and get through the inevitable liberal court challenges...
  5. Apparently the sarcasm got lost in translation, so I'll rephrase: It's a really stupid analogy. You might as well have gone with the Oilers getting cocky and losing in OT to the Bills during the comeback game, or Stevie Johnson blaming God for dropping a TD pass against the Steelers.
  6. Eh, I don't get the analogy. The Cheatriots, like liberals, might be scum sucking dirtbags, but at least they've won in the past 4 years...
  7. He can't be that stupid, he did invent the internet, after all...
  8. Unfortunately kids these days cannot keep anything to themselves. Everything has to be shared with everyone else. The curse of social media...
  9. Kill'em all and let God sort it out.
  10. Reading comprehension, bro - try it. I said nothing about many real estate attorneys being morons because they use forms. In fact, I believe many are morons because many are actually morons. Not all, not most, but many. Every attorney uses forms, because re-inventing the wheel for each matter is incredibly stupid, wasteful and promotes mistakes. The fact that you tried to attack my statement by mentioning reviewing contracts is funny. Truth is that it's not hard to review contracts, even land contracts, if you have a little bit of a clue, because most of the language is form language. By all means, though, keep hilariously beating that strawman you're inventing. I appreciate the entertainment. Don't you have a goat to !@#$, farmboy? You forgot chuch-going.
  11. Uh, those are mostly forms... If you had to re-invent the wheel every time, that's your problem.
  12. Yeah, reviewing contracts is not terribly difficult work, especially when 99% of it is form language. Nice try, though.
  13. Well, you don't really want a real estate lawyer as much as an attorney who handles civil litigation. Pushing paper and doing closings is not the same thing as courtroom practice (and I find that many real estate attorneys tend to be morons - I actually had one try to quote the 13th Amendment to me once in a real estate deal, it was sad.) In order to win, she would have to prove that the damage was caused by you before you left, and she would have to prove an actual amount of damages. I do not believe that she would be entitled to attorneys fees or anything over the amount of money necessary to repair the damage that she cannot prove you caused - it's small claims court. Her biggest problem, as many have pointed out, is that she and her realtor walked through the apartment and she returned all of the security deposit money. She clearly found nothing wrong at the time, and waived her right to take part of the security deposit to fix the alleged damage. A month is pretty attenuated from when you occupied the apartment to claim that you somehow caused the supposed damage. Were I you, I would reach out to the realtor to see if she saw any of this supposed damage, and maybe even subpoena her to testify at any trial. I really do not see where she is going with this, other than wasting everyone's time. If it's NY, filing fees in small claims court is like $10...
  14. CNN, not letting minor things like the truth get in the way of a good story... until they get caught. https://www.yahoo.com/tv/latest-3-cnn-journalists-resign-over-retracted-story-000657472.html
  15. They're all about the moral victories. Who cares about actual victories?!?
  16. If you're going to do it right, you have to throw away medals belonging to someone else, while you keep yours in a display case behind your desk.
  17. Pretzels without something to drink? I'd be stabbing mother!@#$ers too!
  18. I actually don't mind Ellsworth in this role. He's a perfect tool/douchebag comedy heel. He gets good crowd reactions. Just look at him getting Bryan worked up by referencing his daughter. That was classic heeling. He's eventually going to get annihilated by someone as a payoff (hopefully Becky.)
  19. I get what you're saying, but let's not rush to crown the man just yet. Let him actually coach an NFL game first.
  20. Interesting decision to re-do the Women's MOTB match. While I get the idea of having Ellsworth interfere and win the match for Carmella (which seemed to draw a lot of heat from tonight's crowd as they bragged), I am ultimately mixed on whether or not it was a good idea. I think the booking was a slap in the face of the women's division after they all worked hard night after night to be taken seriously, rather than the horrible bathroom break/bra and panties-type matches of ages past.
  21. The pop he gets for beating the hell out of Reigns is hysterical. I'm glad McMahon isn't trying to push him as a heel, and just letting him be a monster.
  22. Man plans, God laughs.
  23. I really wish they would bill the Reigns/Joe match as Samoa Joe vs. Joe the Samoan...
