Biden Botches Thomas Jefferson Quote While Mocking Him and Screaming By Nick Arama As we reported, Joe Biden was losing his mind on the issue of guns on Thursday. He attacked JD Vance, falsely claiming that Vance said shootings were "facts of life." At this point, his brain is so far gone, I think he thinks if he yells something louder, it makes it true, when it's still the same old lie. https://redstate.com/nick-arama/2024/09/27/biden-fires-off-some-more-screaming-lies-n2179836

Trump and Zelensky Meet and Remind the World What Leadership Looks Like Susie Moore Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has spent his week in the United States, touring a munitions plant in Pennsylvania, addressing the U.N., meeting with members of Congress, meeting with President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris. As announced late Thursday afternoon, Zelensky also took the opportunity while in New York to meet with former President and GOP nominee Donald Trump at Trump Tower. During the preliminary remarks, Trump praised Zelensky for not "playing cute" during his first impeachment (over their phone call), noting that Zelensky, when asked about it, said, "President Trump did absolutely nothing wrong." {snip} The two then held a closed-door meeting, after which they again addressed the media. The clip above picks up in the middle of Zelensky's comments, but he says something here that seems highly appropriate — and perhaps, is a nod to Trump's running mate, Ohio Sen. JD Vance, who suggested Zelensky should be thanking the American people in response to his pointed criticism of Vance earlier in the week. Note also what Trump has to say about learning a lot. Notice Zelensky's body language before and after the meeting. Before, he looked tense, anxious. After, he looked much more relaxed. Why exactly that is, it's hard to say, but my sense is that it's a good thing. We'll see. https://redstate.com/smoosieq/2024/09/27/trump-and-zelensky-meet-and-remind-the-world-what-leadership-looks-like-n2179849

Unearthed Post-Heller Video Reveals the Real Kamala Harris. “Notice how this Kamala Harris bears little resemblance to the person we’re seeing now on the campaign trail. She spoke off the cuff, without a teleprompter, and was far more articulate and self-assured than anything she displays now. There was none of the word salad she’s now known for. That’s likely because that was the real Kamala Harris. She was expressing her true opinions on a subject about which she had actually thought. She’s wasn’t trying to pretend to be something she isn’t as she now does daily.” https://www.shootingnewsweekly.com/gun-control/unearthed-post-heller-video-reveals-the-real-kamala-harris/

Getting to Know Kamala and Her Successes in Office

‘A Mess’: CNN’s Scott Jennings Sums Up the Terrible Day That Kamala Harris Just Had. On Wednesday night, Vice President Kamala Harris gave another trainwreck interview, despite how she was once again speaking to such a friendly source, MSNBC's Stephanie Ruhle. Matt highlighted some top moments earlier. Between this interview that Harris gave, and President Joe Biden's appearance on "The View," where Harris was referenced, CNN's Scott Jennings referred to Wednesday as "a mess" for the Democratic nominee. "I think today was a mess for Harris," Jennings said to sum up the day. "I mean, Joe Biden went on 'The View' today and said he delegated all sorts of authority to her on domestic policy. We know that the Biden administration's not popular on domestic and economic policy. She gave a speech today saying we gotta move past the policies that people think have failed. Well, people think the last four years are a failure." he continued, speaking about Harris. And those events that Jennings referenced all happened even before the interview that took place during the 7pm hour came up. https://townhall.com/tipsheet/rebeccadowns/2024/09/26/scott-jennings-on-kamala-harris-msnbc-interview-n2645307 . -

The real useful idiots You just can't find a better example Students for Justice in Palestine plans 'Week of Rage' on anniversary of Oct. 7 attacks Patrick McDonald The anti-Israel group, National Students for Justice in Palestine (NSJP), is planning a nationwide “Week of Rage” on college campuses, beginning on the one-year anniversary of Hamas’ Oct. 7 attacks against the Jewish state. The Week of Rage is scheduled to last from Oct. 7–Oct. 11 to mark what the group calls “a year of genocide in Gaza.” “For over 11 months now, the Zionist entity, with the backing of the U.S. and our universities, has committed a horrific assault on the nearly 2 million Palestinians living in the Gaza Strip,” the group posted to Instagram on Sept. 16. “Since the start of this genocide, the people of Gaza have continued to stand steadfast, resilient, and unwavering in the face of these crimes. It is for them that we rise.” https://www.campusreform.org/article/students-justice-palestine-plans-week-rage-anniversary-oct-7-attacks/26433 -
KAMALA INTERVIEWS! Goes as badly as you’d expect

Good News: Kamala Harris Wants to ‘Inspire Us by Helping Us to Be Inspired’ Robert Spencer As a tactic, it just might work. Kamala Harris has become famous for her word salads, some of which are more incomprehensible than others, but all share one common characteristic: they’re all presented as if they were portentous words of wisdom, offered for the enlightenment of the masses. Will the public buy the vacuous Harris as the sage she evidently aspires to appear to be? Given the state of American education since the left took it over, why not? Hey, if this president thing doesn’t pan out, Harris could have a profitable future writing Hallmark cards — actually, that would be unlikely to work out, for Hallmark would at very least expect her pompous utterances to make some kind of sense. https://pjmedia.com/robert-spencer/2024/09/26/good-news-kamala-harris-wants-to-inspire-us-by-helping-us-to-be-inspired-n4932866 -
The headline in the NYT this morning. "Trump’s Huge Civil Fraud Penalty Draws Skepticism From Appeals Court/A five-judge New York appellate panel questioned both the size and validity of a judgment of more than $450 million against Donald J. Trump at a hearing." Justice [David] Friedman... asked [Judith N. Vale, New York’s deputy solicitor general] to identify any other case in which the attorney general’s office had sued 'to upset a private business transaction that was between equally sophisticated partners.' Before she could respond, Dianne T. Renwick, the court’s presiding justice, who generally seemed supportive of the case, added her own question. 'And little to no impact on the public marketplace?' she asked.... The questioning by the five-judge panel was vigorous. https://www.nytimes.com/2024/09/26/nyregion/trump-civil-fraud-penalty-appeals-court.html?smid=url-share .
