One thing to remember 99% of the time division games are tough. So losing one is not a shock and happens. I mean the Pats constantly lost to Miami in Miami with Brady.

I still wish we had just played Stidham last year. What’s the worse that happens? We get the first overall pick lol. Also Cam fell off a cliff after he got Covid, he looked good the first few weeks. Isn’t there D pretty good though?

I think Mac a better Passer than Lamar was especially as a rookie, I also believe the Pats O line is better than the Ravens. I think you will see a lot more play action passing Also if you play Fantasy I would pick up Jacoby Meyers as I now see him going for 1200 yards and 5 TDs.

The Eagles yes, I BELIEVE the Giants played their starters for the entire 1st half, the Pats had the backups in. I also missed the first preseason game so I don’t know about Washington. He looked good against the Giants 1s leading to a FG, which as I pointed out if they had one of his Alabama WR would been a TD withGunner drop.

Let’s not forget we saw him mostly with the 2nd and 3rd string WR and TE. (He got very little times with the 1st string) He also suffered from a lot of drops on long throws and short alike, for example Gunner dropped a pass that ANY of the WR in Alabama would have caught last year and brought to the house… Gunner is not a starter.. lol (so in other words we really don’t know what he can do with the 1st string talent)

Stidham will be the backup when healthy. He is the better option than Hoyer

First there will not be another Brady. Second Everyone has stated Jones came with the lowest ceiling and highest floor. Meaning everyone expects thin be at least ok to Average, while there is an outside chance he could be great. Also remember he made Jimmy G look like a franchise QB, and Brissett as an average QB.. let’s not speak of the man he made look amazing the year Brady went down.

I think he was released because he didn’t want be a backup and BB did it out of respect.

I didn’t say he be a starter, he is pretty much replacing a 1st round bust.. lol

So have a ton of other QBs who needed up being good. I don’t get the Bills fan love affair with Peterman.

IF the Bills cut Beasley I could easily see the Pats picking him up and cutting Harry.

Then We get a higher draft pick which hopefully helps us address our WR depth.

It is the typical Pats Offense, with a rookie QB for the first time since…. Bledsoe. The pats I still expect to win 10-12 games mostly because of the D. oh most importantly, the Pats should have a top end O line.

This is still The Bills division. Jones will take his lumps this year and I am excited for the year..

I have a feeling he was cut because he didn’t want to be a backup. He has always said he was not worse than 32 other QBs in the NFL.

Heard this on Cowherd, and I have to say I agree. The Jets rookie QB and coach will have it harder here because of who else is in the division. Buffalo - Your HC actually turned the culture around and has probably a top 4 team in the NFL Miami - Flores has amazed me at least, at how far he has gotten Miami in just 2 years. The Culture there is changing as well. New England — A lot will argue BB is the GOAT of HC, most will say he is the best HC right now. He did pretty good last year with a JV squad that talent level was almost last in the NFL. so do you guys agree the AFC East has the toughest group of HC.

No they haven’t been. They actually pulled Jimmy G back before the draft. The Pats were supposedly close to getting him. That was before they got Jones so now they would have to wait till someone is desperate.

A SB QB v a QB that was a Bust in Chicago? Hmmm let me see which one would be easier to sell to the fan base… hmmm lol

Mid season it be like 12 million… very easy to manipulate the cap space for that. Not according to every stat site I could find. They say 38-12, but that’s moot. He also has a HC who tries put a square peg into a round hole, a good coach calls a game to his teams and QBs strengths.Yes I think Shanahan is a meh coach. (I mean he was responsible for two of the largest collapses in the SB history)

I say a team will do it. They always do! Always one team out there make that crazy trade… especially if there starter goes on IR early and they have SB dreams. mind you time will tell, because I am 95% sure Jimmy G is on a new team before the deadline this year. I also don’t see any other WB of his caliber being offered…

He is 38-12 as a starter a .750 win clip. He came in to the 49ers team that was bad and won his first 5 games. Teams want that winner especially if they are that close and lose their star QB for the season. Say like the Cowboys, or Packers, etc. the draft picks mean nothing when your in win now mode.. (Pats we’re that for like 10 years) Heck I bet if he went to NE (and he was healthy) the Pats win 13 to 14 games because he was built for that style O. (Also team only responsible for the prorated portion of his contract)

Should be a fun game to watch! Strength v Strength. I’d say 7 is a good number with that Steelers D. Chances of an upset? 25%

Pats just got a 4th for a RB that can’t stay healthy either.. I could see a team giving them a 1st possibly a 2nd and other compensation as well. as for Lance it seems Shannahan is sold on him after the second preseason game to be his starter or at least all the talking heads up here believe that. Thus when some top QB goes down on a good team they may just give them the farm for Jimmy G who if you look at their winning percentage is like .700 as a starter. ( I don’t see the same team doing the same for MT )

The 49ers have the top backup in the NFL with Jimmy G. A former SB QB who just wins when he plays no matter what team that is on. They will get a kings ransom when they finally decide to trade him. there is a reason why MT was available for 2.5 million. No one else wanted him.
