Exactly! But they have to make teams be honest. What I mean is if the 4 rushing contain any run it will be a long day. Your are Need make them pay for a dime d all the time.. but again in a snowstorm (which definitely can happen in buffalo) you need to run since passing be very hard.

I agree! But for a rookie the Pats O is perfect for. What the Bills need is a run game to keep teams honest. You don’t want elite pass rushers just reading back and attacking. (Judon will feast in the backfield for example if he didn’t have stay honest for the run. IMO of course) -
I was talking about the regular season for the Pats games. But in Buffalo weather if you get home field advantage you need be able to run in bad weather. Right now the Bills IMO are way way to pass heavy. I am expecting my Pats make it to round two and lose in a dog fight. Also I would NOT call Tanny an elite or top level QB.. lol Last year when you embarrassed them the D had given up because that O was beyond pathetic bad. The first game was close and more how I expect these two games to be. (I mean the Pats were a Newton fumble away from winning last year lol)

Ya and Kelly was much better than Josh “I haven’t done anything yet” Allen. Really the Pats have played 2 more games and given up like 40 more points.. oh and are 2nd in the NFL in points per game.. which may change after Sunday depending on how your team does.

I think your wrong by putting the ball in Allen’s hands against NE. If anything the weakness has been against the run. Also the Bills want success at home in the playoffs and snow.. you need to run.

I agree OLine matters for RB. It’s also hard for an Oline to get good at run blocking when you don’t call many run plays. For an example against the Jags they ran 9 times and the game was always close.. it seems silly! Also dangerous be that one dimensional on O. I know you have a great QB and WR but sooner or later that lack of running will bite you in the butt. -

I’ll believe you it looked deeper than that but was an amazing pass for a rookie coming right off a pick 6. I was shocked he went right after Diggs again. Rushing attempts means something buddy. Just like total number of yards. YPC a cute useless stat when your talking about someone who runs it less than their own QB each game. It also fails take in any sort of situations.. like say 3rd and 1 and he had to bulldoze threw a line of 10 to get there.. it counts as a 2 yard carry but it was bigger than say someone getting a 8 yard gain on 3rd and 15. YPC is a terrible stat. -

It isn’t when the people your comparing in rushing attempts are 12 and 35! It’s a dumb stat for people like you think your RB good when he isn’t. If he was “good” your team would run more instead of averaging less than 9 carries a game. That’s a pathetic amount of attempts. While the other is over 14 a game including games he missed. -

Are you seriously comparing a RB who has 80 carries to one that has 143? One has over 609 yards the other is below 400? Maybe look at the real stats instead of cherry picking ones makes you seem smart.. hell Stevenson has 67 carries with 305 yards and he hasn’t even played the entire season!! So again the Pats RB are better than the Bills RB. -
Buffalo Bills are the most-desired Super Bowl team in national poll
PatsFanNH replied to HOUSE's topic in The Stadium Wall
That matters not, because people tune in to cheer against them. Thus higher ratings thus more profits for the NFL.. and that’s all the NFL cares about. -

A case where stats don’t show everything. Harris and Stevenson are like Bulls running they usually drag one or two people with them. Anyone has eyes take them over singletary right now. While Knox MAY end up being a better TE than Henry, he is not right now. As for Bourne he has 562 yards right now with 15.2 yards a reception.. I dare say he will eclipse that number easily. All that said Bills have the more experienced and right now Better QB, definitely a better WR core. The Pats have a better O line and RB, and D is a crap shoot both are damn good period! In other words should be a great games! Like I said I watch the games that throw was sweet on the money and deep.. and an amazing throw after throwing a pick 6 literally the play before. (Especially for a rookie QB) Romo even said it was 50 in the air lol.. Romo can’t be wrong. -

That’s also wrong, the last TD pass right after the pick 6 was 50 yards in the air it went for a total 75. Why I don’t like these “charts” when you watch they don’t pass they eye test. For example some talking head up hear said Jones was 0-2 for any pass over 10 yards.. that was wrong. (As you know he had a couple nice throws of 17 yards) but I bet he meant over 20 yards. -
Well the Pats did win a SB where Michel was the catalyst for the victory..

He shouldn’t scare you as a bills fan yet. You have the better QB right now no matter what. also I don’t know how he would do in a comeback situation but he went toe to toe with the Cowboys and landed a few good deep passes. (Like a 50 yarder that went 75 for a TD) -

What do you consider a deep pass? For example he threw a couple nice 17 yard passes for completions, and that interception was a rookie mistake. (Which I expect) -

I don’t I was going by the eye test.. ive watched every game. But let me see if I can. (It may take me awhile so I didn’t want you thinking I was ignoring your reasonable request) -

The second part is kind of wrong. The first five games they kept it as simple as possible for him.. since I say the Dallas game he been throws deep a lot more and I’d say has average completion percentage for long balls. -
Yawn.. another baseless claim not made with any sort of facts.. I’ll do it to Allen will be done in 2 years after he gets hurt running and not sliding. ( No I don’t mean it.. but it’s almost as stupid as his claim.

OMG your that kind of fan. Believe what you see 1 throw or two it’s what he is. That be me saying Allen would lose every time to the Pats because he gets happy feet when pressured.. because I saw him do it against the Steelers a couple times.. ugh. (The Allen thing is sarcasm so no one loses their minds) -

How is he anything like Tua? The Phins were good last year because of Fitzmagic not Tua. While this year the Pats are good because Jones is playing well. Something I don’t believe Tua did at all last year. I just don’t see the comparison. Ok it probably was with me. Did you tell me Iwas wearing rose colored glasses because I thought 10-11 wins was possible for them? (I think they could still get there as well.) Mind you my predictions were off for the Dolphins and the Jets already have 1 more win than I expected lol. -
I am asking so please don’t take this as an attack.. my question is can he still be fooled by the better D’s in the league? I know P Mannin and Brady for like the last 10 years they can have off games but rarely are fooled by a D. Has Allen elevated there yet? As for Jones I see a long career for him as long as he keeps the quick release and reads going, and improving. That’s the one way he is very Brady like is the fast release. (No he isn’t Brady or as good as Brady but has that trait)

First that’s hilarious! Second we Bruins fans chant Canadiens suck lol.. As for this thread of course the Pats are “back” did anyone think BB would have two losing seasons in a row? That doesn’t mean they win it all just they are very much improved. -

Hmm let’s look at your three: Joe Burrow — has a true #1 WR. (I think he is up for Rookie of the year?) Justin Herbert — Also has a #1 WR that’s damn good in Allen as well as an elite RB. Kyler Murray - Has probably the best WR in football. Jones is a rookie with no true top WR and has performed extremely well. Hell to all the people saying he can’t throw deep the Pats rank 2nd in the NFL with 41 passes 20+ yards.
