It's weird how many of our own fanbase have seemingly turned on Hamlin, a guy who literally died for the sake of our entertainment.

I suppose we need to tackle depth right? Might be better off axing a guy like Alec Anderson
Anderson is a versatile interior lineman who can play center (yes, I know Bates is the backup) and is 5 years younger than Ifedi. He showed a lot of promise in camp this year. I doubt we'd cut him.

Collinsworth you bastard. Lol

Should have played for the touchdown. We are going to lose on a 60 yard field goal

Their kicker is ridiculous
Every kicker seems ridiculous against the Bills. Unbelievable really.

FFS. We don't deserve the playoffs. Let's be real.

Feels exactly like the Jax game. The dreaded "home" road game.

I almost never order Buffalo wings in a bar unless I'm in Buffalo visiting family. I prefer to just make them at home. I buy the industrial sized bag from Costco Business, air fry them, and then liberally toss them in Franks and butter, maybe squeeze a little lime on them and some garlic salt if I want to get wild.

As his teammates refer to him, he's "stoic".
I'd like to see a little more personality from him, although it's entirely possible he's just an introvert.
Just makes it all the more special when you see him break out in a genuine smile like he did on Sunday. It warmed my heart, man.

Got to love when "Not" their doctor tells you how they're healing 2 and a half months after their operation.
Yeah, but he's a "thigh doctor", so he knows everything about some stranger's pec.

If that is what this is about, I hope they don't rush him.
They're rolling right now and can afford to ease him back in very slowly.
Waiting to dress him for the Miami game would give them a nice bump and allow him another few weeks to heal.
Knox's reactivation and immediate insertion into the lineup aside, given the way these things usually go for the Bills, Jones should be ready to meaningfully contribute by Easter 2024. 😃

That ending reminded me so much of how Mac Jones and the Pats just marched right down the field against us for the win. Crazy things happen on the road in the NFL when you let the underdog hang around.

A couple of things...first, as Mango points out, the OP actually has access to the game, so I don't see the need for the histrionics of the OP. At the end of the day, he can watch the game and will watch the game. As others said, this is just attention seeking behavior.
Secondly, now I'm not usually one to run interference for the NFL or other ginormous corporations, but, for chrissakes folks, the NFL/professional football is an "entertainment product." Watching the games for free isn't a God given or constitutionally protected right. If you don't like it, stop watching, stop giving them your money, or skirt the law and find backchannel ways of accessing the games.

In your scenario, the four 10-7 teams would go to a conference-record tie-breaker and Bills would be ahead of Cincy 6-6 vs 5-7. It's the one good thing we have going for us over Cincy if a multi-team tie-breaker.
Nice!!! Thanks for correcting me. Didn't realize we had other ways of getting in. Thought we were cooked on all tiebreakers.

I have us finishing in the 8th spot at 10-7

Absolutely. Either he should have caught the ball or tried to go through the receiver drawing the flag. I have no idea of the rest of the game but I cannot understand how he was at zeroes again!
I think he's frankly just really stiff and not particularly athletically agile. You have to hit him perfectly in stride or he has to be standing still to make a connection. Great blocker, but his receiving skill set can be easily replaced imo.

Big catch last week, but yeah, they haven't found a way to utilize his speed in space. Same as Nyheim Hines before him.

Can Khalil Shakir be WR2 next season?
in The Stadium Wall
Posted · Edited by TheBrownBear
I like Shakir's game a lot. Shifty, strong and a real threat as a YAC guy. But, as others have said, he has some physical limitations that keep him from being a true #2 (or #1). I see him as our long-term starting slot, assuming we can somehow land a big speedy outside threat to take over for Gabe.
Edit: One thing I don't understand is people calling Shakir slow. He ran a 4.43 40, roughly the same speed as guys like James Cook and Jahan Dotson. He's not slow at all. His biggest issue is his short arms/catch radius.
