    It makes sense too... Yes, you want to be great everywhere, but having an elite punter of the ball vs an elite holder for kicks is a no brainer. A playoff game is almost certainly not going to come down to hitting a long punt. But it often comes down to making a FG.

    wasn't he known as an elite holder when he was here? We actually do need that in the cold and weather right now. Punt God hadn't really held for kicks if I recall correctly. That could be the difference in the playoffs

    If the goal is getting to a Super Bowl then the NFC is the place to go. I know coaches and players don't think like that, but really, it's strategic. Harbaugh on the Falcons would be cool, and they would actually use their skill players on offense. That division is total meh, and even a 7-10 record has you in the conversation for a division title and home playoff game.

    I hope this next round of snow doesn't affect the team's ability to practice and prepare. They're calling for 1-3 feet, right in the same spot as before.

    PAY THE MAN! It's an insult for Tua to have to play next season without a long-term, lucrative big $$ deal. Herbert and Burrow set the floor for negotiations, IMO.

    Tomlin to the Eagles would be interesting They would have to trade or do the amicable split thing. Or Tomlin could coach out his deal next season and be a free agent and have his pick of spots

    For some reason seeing the Eagles come up short is a lot more enjoyable than I expected. Siriani strikes me as a foul mouthed miserable clown.
