  1. What I did notice was in the post game presser, mcdermott mentioned Allen's 'overthrows' which I thought was interesting. He's just stating what we all saw but in the past he would just say there are plays he wants back.
  2. Yeah I know what you mean after thinking about this. My hunch would be this is partly why mcdermott had to be restrained in the tunnel. Probably pissed him off.
  3. Just some quick observations from looking at more highlights. There are plays where Allen had no chance, the pressure is coming and the receivers aren't looking at allen so he spins and ends up sacked. There are some plays where Allen doesn't take a gain that is there. Doesnt pull the trigger. Players are open here. There is a play I saw where allen is looking to pull the trigger and kroft is not even looking at allen. Maybe it's a longer developing route but kroft is looking at a Ravens defender in the distance. Allen is sacked. Surely kroft needs to be more aware here. Allen made a few clever ad lib plays and the receivers dropped the ball. Ford and knox getting beat in pass pro.
  4. Just watching the highlights. Knox isn't only dropping balls, he's whiffing on pass Pro aswell.
  5. Totally. If your a high drafted QB you have to be able to hit them. There just isn't an excuse long term.
  6. Great Post. And puts me a bit at ease with that context. Allen has the lowest yards there. But has the one TD, no INT. I think the point about the missed deep throws which would have yanked up the yards, we are yet to know if he can correct those deep balls consistently. We just don't know.
  7. I say draft a wr and a RB who is like a rb/receiver. Cut kroft, get a free agency tight end.
  8. Voted yes as I would want to. I dont think they would have.
  9. What is with the nfl and leading games. Its almost a curse to be 20 points up on a team, guarantees you lose ?
  10. Was there a breakdown on the o line or did they just have more runners?
  11. As hard as it is to say because we didn't get the TD but I think think this was a fine decision by allen with it being the last play. And the throw was good. It's alot of the earlier plays that I would have liked him to step up in the pocket and take some safer throws
  12. Ravens took away throws over the middle? Allen was hitting alot of these in previous games, dont recall alot today.
  13. Exactly. You cant rely on players like that. He will be involved but you need other consistent players on offence.
  14. Duke Williams. The best player ever that the coaching staff who see him everyday decide to not activate.
  15. Different regimes do different things. Under McD Roberts always returns, under rex and Gailey etc there were different returners. I tend to wonder what it would be like if beasley and mckenzie returned some kicks. I think roberts has been consistent though.
  16. Alot of people think Allen has developed. Singletary had been consistently good. Both players have had the mentors and so it can't have hurt.
  17. Players are worried about yards after the catch. Just catch the damn ball, it's a gain
  18. I thought about that. Maybe and I would love it if he did. If I was to guess I think he would kick the field goal.
  19. I think as others have said he did this because the offence hadn't clicked all day and wanted to spark something in them. We all know this offence and Allen are quite bi polar in their play. Personally I loved it. Beasley was a non factor in the game. These two plays got him Involved. The.PI play at the end that got the bills closer was drawn by beasley. People say josh needs to get in rythmn, so do the recievers. These plays to Beasley started to slice the Ravens a bit.
  20. YES #21. Well done KC. Loving the silence after that play!!!!!
  21. I'm pretty sure I've seen two hot dogs go down in the game. He's got mustard on his moustache right now
  22. He used a timeout on the hotdog. ?
