Why can't Carrington, Moats, Batten, and Troup be counted on to stop the run? The Bills run defense stinks for one simple reason; we haven't developed players. I for one think the new regime is changing that. The guys we drafted last year are the future too.

I never said that and never will. Don't put words in my mouth. Defensive tackles, defensive ends, and Linebackers don't turn franchises around. Quarterbacks do. The most important thing the Bills front office and coaching staff should be doing is determining if there is a QB that should be taken at #3. The debate isn't should we build our defense and offense line first then think about finding a QB. It's always find the QB, always. Now if they determine the franchise guy isn't there, then obviously you have to build other areas, and if there's a guy you love there that fills a need that's even better. But when you don't have the face of your franchise QB. That's always your biggest need and the majority of your time should be spent finding one. It doesn't have to be your first round pick. I think Nix and company have been very clear on this.

You act like finding a franchise QB is like flipping a switch. "Ok, now I want one, so I'm going to get one. I built the trenches, now I'm ready for a QB."

Um, this is an open blog website. Do you come expecting not to hear peoples opinions? Reading rants like this is worse than any opinionated post. I don't get why you would even post this, it's like your telling us your mad at yourself for coming to the site during the off season. So our questions is why did you come? Or at least why did you tell everyone you did?

I hate this argument. Don't draft him at 3 but if you can trade down and draft him at 10 I'd be fine with it. I just don't understand the logic. If he's good enough to get drafted 10th, he's good enough to get drafted 3rd.

I heard players can't be traded because there's no CBA. I don't know where I heard that but I think I remember hearing it. Now I remember where I heard it, it was the countless times on every major sports network, the hundreds of times on TBD, and it's been in every major newspaper covering the NFL off season.

I thought he looked awfully shaky in the Washington game. He let in 2 garbage goals in my opinion. Still a ways away from being a full time goalie in the NHL.

I was there tonight, just got back to Charlotte. The Sabres are 2 for 2 when I'm in Raleigh. The Hurricanes played very well. Kudos to all the Sabres fans that were there. That is a loud arena and they love their Canes, but it was our night.
