  1. Cordy Glenn shouldn't get a $ over 5yrs-40mil total. He's a middle of the pact Tackle an doesn't deserve elite LT money. No way u give him 75mil with 50 guarantee like one of the posters said. That's crazy money
  2. Could the gm have passed him by? Rex needs to adapt to the fast paced offense of today's NFL. SIMPLICITY should be his motto moving forward but with an ego like his and the fact that he always wants it to be his schemes that defeat teams instead of his players. Put your ego aside Rex. Bills front office need to put a muzzle on his ego a la the Jets putting the muzzle on his mouth
  3. I'd rather sign Derek Wolfe & Terrance Knighton for less then half the price. Use the rest of the money on Olineman like Keleci Osemele And Kelvin Beachum
  4. No matter what Rex needs to simplify his Do and this should be his #1 goal this off season. The fast paced tempo teams are playing against us is creating most or all of this confusion. Teams will continue to come up with these strategies against us moving forward. With that being said Here's some additions we need to make this off season. #1- Sign Pot Roast NT Terrance Knighton #2- Eric Weddle excellent counterpart to A Will a true safety with great leadership. Would be a great fit in Rex scheme. #3- Sign a couple of Broncos Derek Wolfe and Danny Trevathan. Offense #1-Resign Incognito and Cordy add 2 more beasts to this line Keleci Osesmeli and Kelvin Beachum. These 2 additions would make our line the best in the NFL. #2- We need to add a good 2nd Te on this team Here's some good options Ladarius Green, Dwayne Allen or Zach Miller. Anyone of these guys should be cheap. #3- Marvin Jones another good player we can get for a nice price. Cuts Mario Kyle McKelvin Percy Felton Carpenter
  5. It's not like it's coming out of his pockets the NFL is a profitable sport. The move will pay for itself
  6. I wouldn't mind this but ain't happening
  7. Rex has been figured out his complicated defense's are to slow for today's fast paced game. He's got to go now before it gets worse Hiring Schwartz back would be easier then blowing up this D. Bringing the Schwartz back would be an easy transition if it comes with keeping everything else intact like the Offense. He can fire Special teams coach but that's not much of a transition
  8. The Bills need to realize they made a massive mistake with hiring Rex not only did he ruin of the most elite defense's in the NFL. But the organization has turned into a circus if we allow him to hand pk new players and it doesn't work out he can set us back yrs
  9. I heard of putting a muzzle on Rex mouth before but never heard of putting one on his Defensive philosophy, that won't be easy
  10. I understand the 20 mil we can lose by firing Rex but if we keep Marcel at NT u will be losing a lot more Adding back Schwartz and Dc and lber coach will cost us no more then a extra 5-6 mil per season . That's nothing for Pegs
  11. Schwartz ain't coming back as a DC maybe we can add Teryll Austin but I don't think Rex will give up power
  12. Bills motto for next season will be May the Schwartz be with us or Back to Playing Fast back to kicking Ass!! Lol
  13. A few days ago I came across an article bout Albert Haynesworth and how he wished he never left Tennessee to go Washington. He stated it was the scheme change that ruined his career. Albert went from Jim Schwartz 4-3 to a 2 gap 3-4 scheme sound familiar? Schwartz scheme is tailored specifically for DTs. He helped get career yrs out of very talented players like Albert ,Suh & Marcel. The Bills front office got to start thinking about that 100 million deal they gave Marcel instead of the 20 that's left on Rex deal. It's time to admit we made a mistake and make the logical move by bringing back Schwartz. I think they can get him for modest price bout 3 mil per yr so it can soften the blow of Rex big deal. Schwartz is looking to get back to head coaching and I really don't think he's gonna get any offers other then Buffalo. He'll come cheap and with certain restrictions like not being able to pick his offensive coaches. We should keep the whole offensive staff in place to keep continuity on that side of the ball. This is perfect timing because Detroit is about to can there Coaches and that will allow Teryll Austin to jump ship with his mentor Jim Schwartz. Wide9 reunited... This move is imperative to us getting back on track. I believe Schwartz learned from his past mistakes in Detroit and will run a tight ship this time especially since he sees what just happened here with Rex lack of professionalism and focus. Bringing back Schwartz allows us to #1-Stop the bickering and confusion on and off the field. #2- Bring back the Cold Front DLine. Which will be centered on Marcel & Company going back to there natural positions and protecting our investments. #3- Move Preston Brown back to where he flourished as a will Lber. #4- Move Corey Graham back to Corner given us an elite set of cb's in the NFL Gilmore, Darby,Graham & Robey. #5- Last but not least the Fans will be back in full force. Fans will renew there season tixs just so they can see this Defense get back to where it belongs as a dominating force in the NFL. Bow happy holidays fellas
  14. The problem i mostly have is the officials at the most critical time didn't get together and discuss what each other seen. To try and get the call right I mean really u can take a minute to figure this out.
  15. Yup, yup and they just signed a 5 yr extention the week of the game.
  16. The Refs have beaten us harder then AP son got whipped I'm not trying to be funny, I actually feel abuse. When will this ever stop. I actually wasted an hour of my life today sending an email to the NFL. We as fans need to step up and voice our opinions. The NFL and its over officiating has been a huge problem and it makes me sick, it's time to hit back stop buying jerseys, tickets, game pass etc etc. I don't care what anyone says i watch at least 12 gms a week and there is bad officiating but it works itself out over the course of the game for both teams but when the Bills are playing it's a one sided beat down with Drive killing back breaking calls. If something is close the refs have a just give it to them policy. Against the Pats that was assault, against the Giants assault, Titans gm they tried to steal it with that horrible call on Graham. Bengals gm The just give it to them policy cost us to replays for nothing so that when we needed for that Marvin Jones catch that was bobbled and hit the floor we couldn't our last replay. One more thing I'm not even gonna start on the illegal Picks plays the Pats, Bengals and Giants employed or even the tons of missed holds against our D line this season. Believe me fellas there is something really wrong here. I watch all 22 I watch the gms over and over. The Bills are like abused spouse or something. The NFL must truly dislikes us in a major way and I wish it can just stop.
  17. This explains the holding out the ones for the last 2 weeks and also explains the fake McCoy injury this is incredibly crazy
  18. Ej should start the 3rd gm if only to keep Indy in the dark bout who we intend on starting opening day. Imagine having to prepare for 3 QBs.
  19. #1 Sammy #2 Woods #3 Harvin #4 Hogan #5 Goodwin #6 Easley Practice Squad Deonte Thompson
  20. have u ever heard of free agency players can go players can choose where they want to play. What a interesting concept lol. Btw all jks aside maybe he just wanted a chance to start somewhere and Baltimore wasn't offering that opp
  21. Matt Cassel playing 16 gms is just as likely as EJ figuring it out and reversing his inaccurate ways. Cassel has been injured 3 straight yrs look for this streak to continue. That's why it's imperative to make a move ASAP bringing in a guy like Cousins, M Berger or Glennon would raise the competition level and add depth at the same time. We don't want another Thad Lewis situation.
  22. A 3rd is ridiculous in my opinion and they will jump at that deal. We need to be ready for Cassel eventual injury it's coming hopefully Whaley swallows his pride and pulls the plug on EJ. He needs to realize his job is at stake. If not MBerger then go after Cousins we can get him no prb for a 4th. Wash has McCoy so they'll make that deal.Mark my words Cassel will be hurt by week 4..
  23. I agree with what your saying but an upgrade is an upgrade no matter how u slice it. Even if there ready by week 4-6 that might save our season in case Cassel or TY gets hurt we have capable Bkup. Cassel is definitely an injury waiting to happen based on recent seasons so even if takes time to learn our offense why not take a chance
  24. Since EJ is basically playing his way off this roster I think it's time to pull the plug now and move on to plan B, Z or whatever else plan we can muster up. Should we give Jake Locker a call and see if he's feeling differently bout retirement after training camps have now opened or do u give the old vet Michael Vick a shot. Maybe we can make a trade for Mettanberger, Glennon or Cousins using EJ and a pk as bait if I'm Doug Whaley I'm dangling a 3rd for Mettanberger right now. I know it's a high price but what else can we do. Either way we need to make calls move soon before it's too late or maybe it's already to late?
  25. My surprise will be from a guy that we expect production from and is very talented. Sammy Watkins will have a pro bowl season over 1400yds and 12tds he will be dominant.
