teams cannot trade players or future draft picks this year due to the lack of a CBA so i wouldnt put much stock in this rumor

peter king really knows his crap only problem is NE wont be able to trade their piock @ 33 for a pick in next years draft unless their is a new CBA in place by then and thats not going to happen. how he could make such a foolish statement like that just shows he doesant have a clue!

absolutly never will happen,if the go QB in the first it will be defense the rest of the way but they will take a OT somewhere in the third to fifth round. so i say the will go offense for 2 picks a QB and OT and the rest of the draft will be all defense.

thats total BS in 2006 he voted agains the labor deal along with the other old man in cinn. he got riped by the media and the other owners as being old and senile and guess what he was dead right. so there goes your theory. wilson knows the NFL and is a great business man he knew it was a horrible deal and 2 years later into a 6 year deal the other young genius's opted out and looked like fools. we have been waiting for a QB since Jimbo,if they think either newton or gabbert are franchise QB's then you can bet your last dollar they will take him,its as simple as that. no smart team bypasses a great QB no matter what their need. look @ it this way if kelly was in this draft no matter who was there defensively who would you take. the answer is obvious.

not when your talking QB. dont know what JP losman's was but his mind was not good enough to process information fast enough to play QB in the NFL

look i'm not defending maybin however he is still very young. he would be a rookie this year had he stayed in collage. harrison and mathews are in the mid 240 range dont tell me maybin cannot carry that weight. he is faster than the both of them i really dont know what the problem is other than to say he is still very young. he shouls have stayed in school but DJ wanted a 220 LB sophmore de dont blame maybin blame DJ who drafts freaking juniors anyway crist they just got out of HS. as you know the nfl plays defensive linemen in waves if we have 5 great D/linemen thats a great plus.having to many great d/linemen is a very good problem to have. totally disagree darius is a penrtrating d/lineman who can play just about any position on the d/line and he will get lots of sacks. if a miracle happens and he drops to us the bills IMO will jump all over the kid first off why you guys think he is only a run stuffer. if as you say he is and you are correct is not stopping the run the biggest biggest need on this team and just think how he could keep those O/linemen off our lb's which would greatly improve ou LB paly?

we need palyers,getting another 2 an4 and we could package those picks to get back into the second third of the first round and get a stud defensive player and we could possably still draft a QB @ 7 if cam falls or we would get a stud defensive player. of we could get a stud defensive player @ 7 and then get back into the first round and get our QB and still have our #34 pick in the second round and get a stud Defebsive player or ou startin RT. i think it would be a great trade.

watched him play a lot and it always seemed that he was doing all the pushing around. however unfortunately i dont think he will be there for us anyway.if he somehow gets by carolina he will never get by denver especially with bowers getting hurt. i definatly feel that he would be our pick if he was somehow available but we wont be so lucky. he is mayock's #1 player in the draft and is #1 overall on most boards in the NFL IMO. thank God you are not buddy nix because every scout and GM in the NFL would call your comments insane!

if he is there @ 34 i would be thrilled.

if cam is the pick @ 3 i would go defense in rounds 2 thru 4 heavy.

if we get a QB @ 3. i think NE will take an OT @33 the more i read the more i believe we will have a shot @ that great LB from UCLA. if we get a QB @ 3 and the second best 3/4 olb in the draft @ #34 i will be very happy. i never thought he would get out of the first round but with a run on QB's,D/linemen and a run on OT's late i think the football gods may shine on the bills allowing us to get a great LB with our second round pick. keeping my fingers crossed.

like the trade down idea,i have been professing that for a coons age. in regards to your idea to acquire someone's pick next year thats not allowed without a cba. you can only trade picks in this years draft if a cba is not in place.

i would not mind Kapernick in the second @ all. physically he has it all,size,great arm strength and fantastic mobility it will just take him a while to adjust to the NFL style of QB play. secondlt he is a very clean player and hard worker. still have my doubts about those charistics witn newton.

your post makes no sense and is not factual. he played great in Minny. one of the first things Marv said when he got here was that letting pat go was a big mistake and we havent been able to stop the run since he did leave.

now there is a guy i would sign befor the fourth. dont love the guy but he is a much better 3/4 ILB than anyone we have except poz. i would make a very large effort to sign this guy fast because ILB is the weakest position in this draft.

dont completely agree we will get who buddy and whaley really want. i love the signing of edwards last year if we could get players of his talent and character i would be completely happy. remember buddy builds thru the draft and fills in with free agents which IMO is a very sound philosophy. one thing we can count on is that we will get @ least one starter once free agency actually starts maybe 2 and that IMO would be great seeing that IMO we will get 3 starters with our first 3 picks and may get a starter from picks 4 thru 7.
