Definitely significant, but the point I was trying to get across is that targets are a function of getting open, or at least the QB seeing you as open. Ben Watson had 12 targets in last night's game, mostly because he was open all night and ATL didn't have answer to an otherwise mediocre TE.

There was only 1 game where he was targeted more the 20 times (21), the final game of the year. The 2nd highest game in his career is 15 targets. You produce more, you get more targets. Sammy's plan of "I need 10 targets -- and l'll be fine with however many yards I get," is something a diva would say.

They played the Eastern Conf Champs pretty tight through 2 periods. Sloppy play in our own end eventually caught up. They desperately need Bogosian back. I think the change to a 3 vs 3 overtime is going to be the best change that the NHL has made in decades. It's.....insane. Seriously, just pure insanity. Constant unrelenting offense back and forth up the ice. You are not going to see a lot of shootouts this year. I'm sitting here clicking through the channels on Center Ice just hoping I get to see a game go to overtime.
