this is true. especially the skill sets they brought in regarding staffing. I expect some staffing adjustments next season, and that is par when developing the core. Beane has created one hell of a Scouting Team. We just do not realize it yet.. Might very well be top notch in personnel and method. I am forced to wait till next season to take notice of what those folks are capable of. we talk about patience and letting a staff develop? I think some of this, upon reflection, is that the Offense Bills are going to roll out looks little like what we saw in PS. We should be seeing more screens, flares and options perhaps. Maybe Jonathans situational awareness was lacking or he does not have the lateral speed they need. I never really watched his blocking now that i think about it lord knows Bills QB need extra protection. good point Sandy. and when the protection shows up you have guy moving out for the dump off. Thats gonna hurt
