I like this post. and sounds quite prudent and reasonable. Maybe Castillo can accomplish what Daboll wishes, as compared to what he did for Dennison. WRs Coach needs a major change up. cool to see more Ala. guys with similar visions teaming up on the Bills.

You may have misunderstood my effort. if we knew what Daboll had in mind to run scheme wise , we would better know his thoughts about tyrod. we might know how is going to fix the O line play. Or how he feels about the WR crew. Coaching and players. How he feels about Peterman as back up long term to somebody. Daboll is bringing back some college ball to the NFL. But I very look forward to what Bills do this offseason to build for the next step with McBeanes ! agreed on that

Daboll. be nice to draft QB in the 1st this year. hope Bills do not not have to trade up much. The price gets hefty quickly when coming up from 21-22 and getting into the top ten. not sure i like that this year

it's a culture of football fans. you can never have enough all pros and 1st round drafts that hit it out of the park. Fans will never be satiated. never get enough. but Bills do have much ado about something in regard to improving the overall roster. Lotsa work just to define quality depth But Bills cannot likely get there this year. regardless. the masses will clamour for him. you sell the farm Mortgage the children and still may not have The Guy. you sure thats how you want to play the game this year ? : )

For all the Folks who did not know Frazier before Buffalo. He is a very respected high level Coach, by his peers. Not much flash but steady and effective as a DC. We should consider him a sincere candidate. Not some Rooney rule malarkey as mentioned. We might lose him. Now lets talk about replacements. I do not see him on the team honestly.
