Browns have some serious high level players elite perhaps Chubb Landry and Beckham come to mind. that is very tough to defense and we did quite well. Mistakes will kill you ,and the Bills made mistakes Allen again needs to look in the mirror with putting ball on the carpet

well said good point about how Bills play D. It was Poyer or Hyde who said , their job is to keep all plays in front of them and never allow the big play. This is why they need a pass rush and smart LB'ing

It does create that pressure for the player. That's okay, they should expect it But when some of us < me included btch about a player not living up to his draft status, it really falls on the GM and Coaches to make the solid pick and get the most from that player.

when we fans focus on one player we lose context. not to defend anyone. but easy to understand a gap control defense is left filled bt Star etc , and another left to be filled by a LB or box safety. Edmunds is a guy whom i watch too much. and yes i question him at MLB right now. he is pass coverage and outside pursuit awesome. Projects need more patience. Calling them busts is unfair in the 1st year, and even the second if they are improving. Not all fans feel this way based upon where they were drafted. The Coaches will know when their pick did not work out. That is part of the faith I have in McBeanes. where Mr Brandon and or Whaley might have hung on too long, or pushed an agenda. Bust < project. How much time does one allow to make a decision fro Allen (who has already been getting called out ) Oliver and Edmunds as well. all 1st round" projects"

it does seem that way. One of my peeves is when we discuss what a player is paid and then hold him accountable. or his draft. If there is an issue it is with McBeanes. and to that point.. Bills needed a 1 tech in the middle to run that defense on early downs. Did they choose the wrong guy to pay? Probably. and more certainly looking at it with today's view points Bills could do better. Seems they are making some changes to resolve the issue. I do watch the lines as best as i am able and Star does get turned, and needs to add some hustle to his game. Continuous improvement means that Bills need to improve what Star is giving them against the run , and perhaps pass. One of the things to note is that Morse ( being a smaller cerebral guy) get blown off the ball sometimes. That is what Bills need from the Tackles even in run defense. some sincere push gap control is swell when it works. but fo LBs to sort out

yep ! they really need to stay late after class and practice the full speed deep ball with Brown and Foster at least, if not Mc and Roberts as well

Bills dominate the run game Both sides of the ball. and cherry would be a deep TD .... to anyone who can get under it !

But i think strongly , that was exactly the point. impose thine will won't count against the Browns though. lol Bills need to establish the run and set the tone that way. as you mention RO and play action is where Daboll wants to be with Allen imo

even though McD love those penetrating DTs? Kid needs time , not all do.but he does. let us be gracious enough to allow him a season or so.

If Beanes can structure a contract for Phillips to accept ? God bless him. and this is a Guy who wants to play in Buffalo. He respects his chance given here. we have a few other players like that. As Fans we can just cheer him on and ramp up the noise, let what will happen happen. I am quite sure he is well respected within the Bills organization, and not just for his production this year. I agree this year has been much more challenging my friend. But they still play the game just as hard, imho. that front seven needs some dialing in perhaps ? : (

if he could play both techs it would benefit the Bills as a team. and if Offenses get lazy could benefit him as well : ) well said. simple and to the point. Taylor was worth a shot for sure. not bad for a 6th rounder today
