  1. Of the known players on the Bills roster, the Bills could cut all of the following and be no worse for the wear. They save some money here and there (Evans, Stroud, McGee, Parrish, Whitner) and give up on the ones that have not shown anything (Maybin, McCargo and Nelson). Nelson just p!ssed away another season. Parrish and McGee are the only ones I could make an exception for. But Parrish never did anything explosive on offense. WRs are a dime a dozen. Why pay for one that is too small and has never made an explosive play on offense in six years, not one game breaking play and explosive plays are the only reason you keep a Smurf around. Besides we have a new Smurf that can't make an explosive play on offense name of CJ. McGee has always been overrated by this board as a DB and he is showing a lot of wear and tear and it is time to give Ashton Y playing time. Dump Brohm, and I was one of those hoping he could find it under Chan, a decent vet QB will be available sometime this offseason and I'd grab them to back up Fitz. Hopefully Orton or Shaun Hill. If the guys below were not on our team this year I bet our record would have been about 4-12. 4 Brohm, Brian QB 223 25 1 Louisville 56 Ellison, Keith LB 229 26 5 Oregon State 83 Evans, Lee WR 197 29 7 Wisconsin 58 Maybin, Aaron LB 250 22 2 Penn State 97 McCargo, John DE 307 27 5 NC State 24 McGee, Terrence CB 198 30 8 Northwestern State 89 Nelson, Shawn TE 240 25 2 Southern Mississippi 11 Parrish, Roscoe WR 178 28 6 Miami 99 Stroud, Marcus DE 310 32 10 Georgia 88 Stupar, Jonathan TE 254 26 2 Virginia 20 Whitner, Donte S 208 25 5 Ohio State
  2. Or we dump the slug and pick up an un-drafted free agent that outperforms him for $375,000/yr.
  3. I agree to give Leodis more time. Also need to state that Lee Evans needs to find a new team.
  4. IF that is true Carolina knows it too and will not trade for anything we have.
  5. You should be embarrassed by your spelling. Just kidding, but I agree with your post, last week and this week were embarrassing. I too am glad they lost, hopefully the cards fall right and we get the #2 pick.
  6. If TE plays his best, the Jags will still lose.
  7. We give up 200 yards rushing a game. Anyone that gives half an effort would stick out, but Kyle W gives full effort on a team of twits, so Bills fans automatically think he is the best in the league. He is very good, however he is undersized and he is not a great player. Dareus or Fairley would help to make this defense legitimate and Kyle Williams more effective. To be a dominant Defense you need to be stout at the point of attack. We are not near that, hence the 200 yds a game. We have no push on run or pass plays we need that more than a RT, LT, ILB, QB, WR or LDE. We must lose to the Jets, we should not even try to win that game, let's lose and then go get the player, Dareus or Fairley, that will be there for ten years. I would not be un-happy if we did not show up and forfeited the damn thing. It is meaningless and we should play it as a meaningless game. Anyone here give a crap about the 16th game we played the last 10 years?
  8. Bills must lose. Agree with earlier post that dareus reminds me of Reggie White, while Fairley could be Bruce Smith
  9. this is another short sighted post. wasn't elway from stanford? bruce smith was from VT before VT started to win anything. andre reed? enuf said. you draft players not schools.
  10. what did he ever do except set high expectations for us?
  11. enough of this, bring back DJ, the team relapsed under Chan.
  12. it truly doesn't matter what anyone thinks or wants about winning or losing next week. We will lose. This team does not have the makings to play tough teams. This team is five years from the playoffs and 10 years from being allowed on the same field as the Patriots. Team needs are RDE, NT, DT, LDE, LB, LB, ILB, ILB, S, RT, LT, G, QB, WR, TE, TE. And by the time we get half of them you can throw a P & K into the mix. A top five pick and a second pick around #35 may produce one starter and only one bust. But that is if we are lucky and don't blow both picks.
  13. let's pick teams. i go first. i will take roosevelt, you can have evans. i get more production and 6.7mm dollars in my pocket. i win as many or more games than you. evans is washed up.
  14. time to do away with college sports altogether so that only students qualify.
  15. If you are running a TV station and need advertising $$ to sustain and maximize your business, you broadcast product that appeals to the broadest markets. The way to do that for NFL games is to have teams that are good, entertaining or have some sort of meaning so that fans in other team markets will watch. The Bills haven't qualified for prime time. Those that think every team should play one game a year in prime time are simply asking for charity. Grow up and get over it.
  16. firstngoal, did you buck up for an extra ticket or two? People like you always look for others to do the heavy lifting and then criticize them for it. I believe the word for you is ingrate.
  17. my head told me 2 wins. so i bet 100 on the over of 5.5 wins. You know they will upset the Pats and then screw up at the Jets just to f- me.
  18. I still think Auburn's Fairley is the guy we need.
  19. Namaan Roosevelt showed more today than Lee has showed all year. Drop off the key Lee and set yourself free.
  20. Ochostinko's tank has been empty ever since the bills cornerback knocked him out. We could trade him for Evans or Steve Smith (Carolina) and each team will get 2 to 4 catches a game. These guys are done. Lee keeps his mouth shut. TO has not been divisive this year or last. He did not knock teammate's, he accurately pointed out the flaws with team management. Again TO played hard and produced, which he has always done. I will take production and noise over a quiet guy that does not produce all day long.
  21. I am sure we will miss his two or three catches for 34 yards mostly in garbage time, one or two big drops, and one half effort play resulting in an INT. But according to half of the people on this board he must be the best number one receiver in the league at drawing double coverage and allowing our other guys make plays. Gimme a break, cut this guy loose. We will be embarrassed at what you can get for him in a trade. Who wants to fork over a draft pick that could immediately produce what this guy produces and then pay so much salary and get so little in return? Maybe Washington?
  22. Here's what is kind of funny. Everyone is in love with Chan right now because he got everything he could get out of this team in his first year. He did not performed as well as Dick Jauron did in his first year and Dick probably had less talent to work with. But we are all optimistic when we simply see the team compete these days.
  23. If Wood holds his own, can Wang hold his own?
