I thought these games were settled as wins for the Bills in those lets guess every game for the season threads.

We lead in both yrds/game and pnts/game by quite a bit. So I would have to say we are somewhat elite. 109 in points total. Next team is the Saints with 128. Saints gave up 22 to the Giants. So we gave up 31 to the Titans who were a possible top team. Are elite teams supposed to shut out every team and win every game? I think most here would agree TB is a good D. They gave up 25 to the Falcons. So having a tough game against the Titans doesn't necessarily make us average. Now if were middle of the pack with the caliber teams we have played so far that would be concerning.

Titans are a good team. Not sure I understand comments like our defense can’t stop anyone or our D are frauds or our D got exposed. Show some faith. They had 3 possessions in the second half. 2 TDS and a FG. Oh well. Can’t shut out people every week. Oh I know. Those teams sucked so it doesn’t mean anything.

Take away the 76 yrd TD cause of holding.... he was 67 yrds on 19 carries for a 3.53 avg. It really is decent I think. He does however change the entire D approach.

Glass half empty: Even with our glaring needs and terrible play we were one play away from winning that game. Glass half full: I dont really think we have glaring needs nor did we play terrible. Every week has its challenges. We did not play great. Last year's SB champs were 7-5 after week 12. They lost to NO 38-3. They were not "built to beat the Saints". Then SB Champs. Crushed NO. It's the NFL.
