  1. The rate of murders in the US has gone up at an alarming rate. But, despite a media narrative to the contrary, this is a problem that afflicts Republican-run cities and states as much or more than the Democratic bastions. In 2020, per capita murder rates were 40% higher in states won by Donald Trump than those won by Joe Biden. 8 of the 10 states with the highest murder rates in 2020 voted for the Republican presidential nominee in every election this century.
  2. Better to overthrow than the short ball.
  3. That's about right. Some lame predictions on here.

  8. Yes the only way to combat climate change is to ride a bike to a vegan restaurant. Glad you think its not a Chinese hoax at least.
  9. Not sure how to respond to that. It’s like reading flat earth theory.
  10. you should be watching TikTok videos to find the source of voter fraud bro. Stop wasting your time on liberals.
  11. "Climate change is the biggest threat that humanity faces this century, except for AI," Elon Musk said in an interview. "I keep telling people this. I hate to be Cassandra here, but it's all fun and games until somebody loses a ***** eye. This view [of climate change] is shared by almost everyone who's not crazy in the scientific community."
  12. Your oversimplification is a sign of your ignorance. Some catchy sounding slogans from whatever absurd sources you get your news from. Cow farts! CO2 is life! Climate scientists make millions! Water is in every cell. You are about 60% water. Go sit underwater for a bit. See what happens. Your logic is non existent. Try reading an opposing view once. I've read all your garbage. https://www.dw.com/en/are-us-republicans-finally-waking-up-to-the-climate-crisis/a-59215389
  13. Yeah the entire world has fallen for evil scientists who make billions off fighting fossil fuel.
  14. I think the issue is T is the fascist right’s presidential candidate. Not for long. Dude made a mess. dont forget communist socialist fascists! I think that will hold up in court.
  15. But since the FBI searched former president Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate for documents —some classified—that were allegedly held illegally, Trump’s allies have added a new comic-book twist to this theory. They’re arguing that a president can declassify a document just by thinking about it. In this telling, any documents Trump brought home had been declassified just because he took them—and were therefore already in the public domain. Indeed, the wish-based method of declassification is wishful thinking. New York Times reporter Charlie Savage’s tour of the topic quotes one expert as calling it a “logical mess” to ask whether a president can declassify information without telling anyone. Classification affects how the government handles documents. Unless agencies know a document’s classification, they can’t change how they handle it. Other versions of the argument are not necessarily better. In one telling, during his presidency Trump issued a “standing order” that any document brought from the Oval Office to the White House residence was immediately deemed declassified. But Trump’s former national security adviser John Bolton called this “a complete fiction.” And again, how would agencies be notified?
  16. hard to deny Trumps love affair w autocratic world leaders. No? Unless you live in a fox news world.
  17. The entire world is feeling climate change effects. China is going 40% EV production by 2030. Yet these idiots think there is no climate change and electric vehicles are like Covid. An agenda by liberals.
  18. Maybe Kroger can fix him up and use him.
  19. "I don't know if he's been hacked or just completely lost his mind, but by my count Trump has posted or reposted over SIXTY things so far this morning, most of which are rando accounts with almost no followers or straight QAnon people," Filipkowski tweeted.
  20. The Brookings Institution said that if Trump is charged with a crime, he is likely to claim that he cannot be held criminally liable for his actions as president. But it said that defence is likely to fail, because immunity from liability only extends to actions taken by the president that were within the scope of his lawful duties. While Trump as president did have the authority to unilaterally declassify most items, there are some major exceptions to that rule, including those related to nuclear weapons. And last Thursday evening, The Washington Post issued a bombshell report alleging that among the documents the Department of Justice sought were “classified documents relating to nuclear weapons.” Attorney General Merrick Garland’s announcement that the DOJ would move to unseal the warrant and receipt list had already rocked Republicans by undercutting their claims that the department wasn’t being transparent. But The Washington Post’s reporting prompted an almost eerie silence from the right on Twitter for hours Thursday night. When Trump attorney Christina Bobb was asked on Fox News about the report, she offered up a less-than-rock-solid defense. Bobb said that she had “not specifically spoken to the president about what nuclear materials may or may not have been in there. I do not believe there were any in there.”
  21. When all of that failed, Giuliani and others pushed a false claim that the law allowed the Georgia legislature to replace its members of the electoral college with a slate that would vote for the defeated president. Legislators refused to play along and the Trump campaign instead sent 16 “fake electors” using false election certificates – another failed attempt to overturn the election replicated in six other states lost by Trump. Willis has told some of those involved in the fake electors plot that they are the target of criminal investigation by the grand jury, including the Georgia Republican party chair, David Shafer, and a state senator, Brandon Beach. Carlson said the combination of Trump’s actions potentially amount to a substantial body of evidence of wide wrongdoing. “The focus for this grand jury is solicitation of election fraud. Presumably most of the evidence that they’re receiving will focus on that. Then there will be making false statements to state or other governmental bodies. The creation of a slate of electors, which took the position that Trump had won the election, will come under that sort of umbrella. Then we’ll probably have the grand jury looking at criminal conspiracy and violation of oath of office,” he said.
  22. I hear you. It is probably not smart. I wouldn't want my daughter at a party of this type. Telling someone you are not 17 has nothing to do with being raped however. And lots of people are triggered by how these types of cases are handled. For both sides of the story. Anyways I get your point.
