Everyone will be linked to the Redskins coaching position until it is filled. Internal candidates are being discussed, Mike Tomlin is supposedly on Snyder's radar, now Daboll. Probably just take it all with a grain of salt because no one will want to go to Washington.

Yeah, probably an overreaction to a bad game...it happens. He had a good game this past week. Should have a good game vs Miami, but we'll see. He'll have another bad game against a decent to good opponent. But thanks for keeping track of my posts.

Dawkins doesn't suck, he's just inconsistent. A good game here, a bad game there. That is why he is an average LT at this point, though I hope that changes and he can become an above average LT.

This strikes me as being kind of dumb. If someone takes a sport that seriously that they need to break stuff, then they need a lot of help. A rage room won't help them.

Biggest surprise in the NFC: Green Bay. I thought they would struggle with LaFleur, who I suspected would be in over his head. Instead, they look really good...with a solid defense. Biggest surprise in the AFC: Buffalo. Yep, I did not see us at 4-1 at the bye, with a lights out defense. The Bills can easily be better than 10-6 and possibly win the AFC East. Josh just needs to eliminate a few big mistakes and not try to win it all himself. Put it on the defense's shoulders. Whoever from the AFC goes to the SB will lose to the NFC team. NFC is easily the better conference.

I've seen incidental contact where the defender could not avoid the QB

I've seen this type of contact happen with multiple teams, not just Matt Milano and the Bills. Not sure why the NFL can't get this straightened out with reviews and coach's challenges. I see the need to protect the QB against unnecessary roughness, but it has gone too far where they might as well be playing flag football.

No, I have not checked out Booger's fingers. Now that you mention it, I'll keep it in mind when ESPN does a booth shot.

John Lynch has done a good job as the 9ers GM. I wasn't sure how well he would do a couple of years ago when the hire was announced, but he's building a damn good team.

I don't mind Booger. Better than Beth Mowins, or Chris Collinsworth continually drooling over Brady.

I think so. IIRC, the last time we played those teams, it was in StL(pre LA move) and Seattle.

Yeah, pretty sure we play the NFC west. That will be a tough task as it is shaping up to be a great division.
