  1. Poise. Eye test, in the preseason. Obviously.
  2. Yup, he was slinging it last night and looked good doin it. Of course, it is only preseason.
  3. Exactly. Jeff Tuel passed the eye test in preseason.
  4. Definitley. But from the looks of things they are running a lot of plays out of the same sets. Asking Tyrod to stay in the pocket, etc. The more worrying thing is the OL. They are getting absolutely demolished.
  5. Against pressure, yes. But when Peterman had a clean look he showed command and some nice throws. He had some pretty bad throws too, against no pressure.
  6. A different defense, let's be clear, that wasn't blitzing nearly as much. And when Peterman was pressured he was bad. Much like Tyrod was when he was pressured, which was more often than Peterman.
  7. Yes it was, they were playing a different defense.
  8. That's great, this season hasn't started yet. When it does, I'll let you know.
  9. He was 7th in the NFL last year in QB rating. He was 64-143 for 996 yards, with 6.96 YPA, 10 TDs and 4 INTs. https://www.buffalorumblings.com/2017/6/14/15802026/tyrod-taylor-buffalo-bills-7th-best-qb-rating-while-under-pressure-in-2016
  10. Same. My only gripe is that I wished they unloaded vets for the picks they got for Sammy/Darby. Unload McCoy, Wood, and K. Williams. No point in keeping those guys around if they aren't going to be around when the team is actually good. In fact those players might actually keep you from getting who you are targeting. It makes me sick but the Jest did it right. Unload vet contracts, sign young guys and find a vet backup QB.
  11. Didn't really notice him on special teams but he didn't look good at WR, believe he had 3 targets.
  12. And against a different defense. That clearly isn't blitzing anymore.
  13. Or you just tank the season and keep your young WR. You don't need that capital.
  14. Hmmm, he looks fine to me. Not sure he needs that much work.
  15. Man Boldin.... that was a horrible route. The throw was horrible too but god his age shows.
  16. Well at least the players are going for the ball when they tackle
  17. Looks like Ducasse is done for th night
  18. Man the right side of the OL is baaaaaaad
  19. They will, when they loose 40+ players
  20. Of course they are. I saw what you posted before and people are still going. It had nothing to do with Sammy.
  21. I'm just relaying what I read. But if I had to guess its about depth. They use the draft to fill out depth positions and if they find players that's a bonus.
  22. I just don't get why they get the benefit of the doubt? Why should we trust that they are making the correct decisions? AND WHY GET RID OF YOUNG TALENT?!?! That's the part that upsets me the most. Young, proven talent and they dump it for draft picks. And spare me on the injuries, ODB missed 28 of his first 32 games, Sammy missed 29 of 32. Its football, injuries happen. Look around the league. It's funny but fans like to point to the Pats and how they get rid of players, what I find hilarious is, they have actually changed how they view the draft. Read an article a while ago about how Belichick now prefers to obtain known talent. With the new CBA there just aren't enough reps to go around and it's hard to determine what you have with some draft picks. So he just goes after players have proven themselves in the league.
