  1. Yeah, he'll make a difference on D. I think last year, Edwards was a bit over his head. With DW in the mix, I think there'll be better game time & halftime adjustments. Adjustments to their adjustments if you will. All games, affensively & defensively take on a life of their own as the game unfolds. I think Wannstadt will be a great help in that area. just my humble opinion GO BILLS!!
  2. Great post!! I lol'd big time. The " perpetually emotionless Dick Jauron" is a treasure. I've read a lot of great punchlines over the years on this board, but that one is one of the best. Thanks, defend Greece. I did Google it & read it. Hardy, another one of our many draft picks in the last 10 yrs w/ supposedly lots of "upside" that never went up.
  3. You and me and a lot of other people, DG. But can/will you tells more about his pulling a gun on his dad? What was that all about?
  4. With Maybin being waived, there's been a lot of discussion this week about the Levy/Juron era draft flops. What about James Hardy? "The savior of our Red Zone problems." Is he still in the NFL anywhere? Is he even in football? Anybody have some info.?
  5. Chris Brown put it in one of his answers to a question from last Friday's "Fan Friday" Q/A segment on BuffaloBills.com. Yes, this was right after Evans went to Balt. To quote part of Brown's answer, he said he had it on "close authority that Evans wanted to be traded."
  6. Save it for signing Andrew Luck next year.
  7. I don't agree w/ the move, to say the least!!! But, good luck to you Lee and thanks for all the great plays. You and Losman clearly had a special combination that was fun to watch, back in the day.
  8. I think it would be better to keep a veteran reciever, other than Roscoe, given our young reciever corps. Besides, its not like he's dead weight on the roster.
  9. Copy that. With most of the "discussion" about the Bills will be about Luck, because they don't know diddly about the Bills.
  10. That's right, gtu. The Mulligans downtown is filthy, inside & out. They have toilets in there that have been cracked & broken for years, ever notice all the black scum on the outside of the FRONT DOOR?!!! Makes me wonder what's going on in the kitchen.
  11. Nah, Code Monkey. Because the customers are too busy enjoying their coffee in those places:)
  12. Bills, 2 - 0 against the fish this year.
  13. Gee thanx Mr. Woodcock, but eye dindin't no we were being graded on this assighnment.
  14. Just curious. Is he the only Bill left on the roster from the Donahoe/Mularki era?
  15. Mulligans on Genito Rd, Chesterfield county, just outside of Richmond, Va. It has booths that have their own TV. Parking not a problem.
  16. To help out our defense more this year, our offense has to consistenly put up 24 or more points, I think. A couple of other things, offensively: (Assuming the O line is doing their job.) Better Red Zone production - ie. touchdowns, not so many field goals. HAVE MORE OF A KILLER INSTINCT!!! When we have the lead during the second half, keep pouring on the points, don't start playing it close to the vest! That's my 2 cents, anyway.
  17. Amazing, isn't it with these so called "predictions" that these magazines print? they've been doing than for decades. I remember back in the 80's, thirty years ago when I would be starving for some Bills info. by the summer time and would buy some of these mags, and the predictions always were the finishing stangings from the previous year. What a joke. So only after a couple of years of that, I stopped wasting my money buying those mags. Have never done it since, either.
  18. Great. Thanx for clearing that up for me. Yeah, how the worm turns w/ Cincy & the Bills. Once again, evidence that all roads, good or bad, goes back to the owner. RWR
  19. Promo, I remember th '88 season. Wasn't that the missed catch by Ronnie Harmon in the end zone that would have won it for us?
  20. Maybe the CJ pick was more of a reach by the Bills on draft day than the other way around. I think this was the case w/ the Whitner pick.
