  1. Hey maybe the Fins would trade Ricky to you for your 1st rounder and Willis next year.....Ricky runs well at the Ralph.
  2. The Fins don't need all those things to happen but....nice try. You were pretty close. Who said anything about hoping......I just stated their season didn't end today as you declared. It won't break my heart if the Fins miss the playoffs...I'm very optimistic of what the future holds for my Fins. Fins do not need the Chiefs to lose all 3 games. They have the advantage in a 3-way tie breaker for the last spot over the Chiefs and Stillers. Assuming that 3 way tie is with Pitt and KC, w/all 3 finishing at 9-7. (Pitt must also lose 2 of 3 as you said, BUT 1 of those losses HAS to be against Cleveland) Just to clarify a little further: If the Chargers and Jags BOTH win Sunday, this will end the Fins season. TECHNICALLY and REALISTICALLY! Of course the Fins must win out....but, Pittsburgh must lose to Cleveland and at least one other game. Kansas City must lose at least twice. San Diego must lose to Indianapolis and once more. However, if the Chargers lose their next two, they must beat Denver in week 17.
  3. ummm......Fins still have a chance at a wild card. The Dols' season didn't end today.
  4. "The points you made are good but we are all eluding from the major reason Mcgahee wants to goto Florida. His Knee. If anyone even rembers when he was drafted and his first year in the leaugue, they said the last place someone with an injury of his magnitude would want to go is Buffalo something abut how the cold weather effects the injured knee. That while he is in a consitant warmer enronment it will have a chance at maintaing a longer career. " I thought I was on FinHeaven for a minute....wow.
  5. That's the problem right there......it's been about 1800 "overnights"..... say the Bills do get better overnight with some unsexy draft picks (starting O-lineman and starting D-lineman)......any chance some other teams in the division get any better than they are this year?
  6. He single handedly defeated Pork Faced Satan one year! Quote "They beat the Hell out of us!"..... Jimmuh Johnson
  7. my cat is old and lost some of his teeth.....now he kinda drools all over the house.
  8. DIE BILLS DIE!!!!!! For the love of God can someone PLEASE give Opera Man a friggin crew cut!!!!!!!
  9. the chances of the Fins commiting 18 penalties is pretty slim. And turning the ball over 5 times is also slim.....but, you never know? Good Luck Wallers......keep the faith!
  10. The talent in the Tampa area is among the finest on the planet..... Well worth the cost of admission IMO.
  11. Miami:Frerotte has the job, but Rosenfels has looked solid when he's been on the field. Also Gus will be 35 next season. I have a feeling Sage might edge out the vet for the job. You have got to be joking right? Sage looked absolutely awful last week against Cleveland!!!! The Fins are actively scouting every possible QB in the coming draft as well as any possible trade and free agent acquisitions for the QB starting job in 06. I will be shocked if Sage is the #1 QB for the Fins come opening day next year. Frerotte had the edge going into the season because of his knowledge of the OC's (Scott Linehan) system.....IMO, the starting QB for the Fins' 06 squad IS NOT on the current roster....unless Cleo Lemon(currently the #3) gets on the field this year and SHINES.....
  12. Bud Light Presents: Real Men of Genius -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- BUD LIGHT PRESENTS, REAL MEN OF GENIUS Reeeeal men of geeeeeniuuuus! Today we salute YOU, Mr. Really Mad Internet Sports Fan "Mr. Really Mad Internet Sports Fan!" Only YOU can fully appreciate the mind-blowing tragedy of a bunch of professional athletes you'll never meet, losing a game. "Don't you TAAAAALK to me about perspective!!" While others are too preoccupied with things like real life, you take your anger directly to the place where it will make the absolute least possible impact: An Internet discussion forum. "Loggin' on now!" Your unique eye for logic allows you to sling turds of doom every which way, and then brag about how you were RIGHT as soon as one of the pieces sticks to the wall – regardless of how many dozens fell limply to the floor before that. "See I told you sooooooo!!" And if some idiot newspaper columnist has the gall to not be as incensed as you are, you unleash your fury down upon him with all the tenacity and mercilessness of a rabid pit bull with a tender buttock locked in its jaws. "Total anonymity!" So keep clicking away, oh Marauder of the Mousepad. Because when the results you so desire finally come about years from now, you can say it was because YOU demanded it." Reeeeal men of geeeeeniuuuus!
  13. C'mon guys.....rally behind the Fins....they are no true threat to the BILLS! Unfortunately AKC....I'm pretty sure Belichik will have atleat an 8 man front on 1st and 2nd down all day long. It will be Gus Frerotte's game to win or lose....which equals bad news for the Fin faithful! But.....you never know! DIE PATS DIE!!!!!!
  14. I think the "hit list" guy was Tim Harris of the PACKERS....he had a skull and cross-bones logo on the towel along with the player's number, all done with a black magic marker. I do recall him picking Jim McMahon up and dropping him on his head waaaaay after the play.
  15. kiss me you fool......I'm the AFC Defensive player of the week/comeback player of the year/defensive MVP of the year/soon to Super Bowl MVP.
  16. Johnny Damon just released a statement crediting Bruschi with his "caveman" makeover which propelled the IDIOTS to their 1st World series win in 86 years..... It is rumoured that the Red Sox front office has contacted Bruschi regarding the vacant General Manager's position.....
  17. It was revealed on Sunday night.....that in FACT it wasn't Mo Lewis who knocked Drew Bledsoe out with a collapsed lung against the Jets that fateful Sunday afternoon several years ago. No......it was Tedy Bruschi who actually inadvertantly stomped on Drew's chest while on the sidelines while celebrating another "hit". Thus.....Tedy now gets all the credit for Tom Brady's Hall Of Fame career and the new found Patriot Dynasty!
  18. Al Michaels: "John.....will the Pittsburgh defense force Marty Shottenheimer to change his offensive philosophy tonite?" John Madden: "Drew Brees wil be passing tonite and Ladanian Tomlinson will be running the ball....." "That's the thing.......this is the thing......" Every other word out of is mouth is THING. He's friggin UNBEARABLE......
  19. Moorman wouldn't have to run out of the endzone.....and risk being caught. He could just whip the ball out of the endzone...safety. The Patriots did something like this in Denver.....except they were so backed up, the long snaper intentionally snapped the ball thru and out of the endzone, safety.
  20. I'll be going to Tampa for the game.....the boss bought 3 sweet tickets online a couple months back.....free airfare, condo, food.....beverages.....and a couple nights out on North Dale Mabry Highway....
  21. A win is a win is a win...... they all count the same when the year is over. Looking forward to the rematch.....let's hope it's a meaningful game for one of the 2 teams atleast! It could have got pretty interesting if Ronnie Brown doesn't cough it up inside the 15, with a 1st down coming! Awwwww.....Frerotte prolly would have stared down a wide receiver, double clutched, and tried to fire one in and thread the needle in the end zone anyways! Enjoy the victory.....they sometimes are few and far between. btw.....why was Adam Sandler on the sidelines in full uniform.....wouldn't JP be pissed if he saw him with his jersey on?
