  1. Tom Brady suspended indefinitely would be hilarious. The irony is that he might make even more money selling ED pills after all is said and done. Did your balls get Brady'd? Have no fear, Viagra will get you up for the big game.
  2. This move speaks to the Pats weaknesses in my opinion. At best, Spikes will see the field around 40% of the time simply because he'll never play nickel, dime, or quarters. Another issue is that when he is on the field in the 4-3, teams don't always run, and guys get flexed out or put in motion, which can expose the defense's assignments. If he was so great, he wouldn't be unemployed on May 6, 2015 while heading back to visit his previous master. Market inefficiencies do happen, but not for this long in the NFL. Felton vs. Spikes in the A-gap all day.
  3. No doubt. Fred speaks his mind and is direct. Much respect for the honesty, even if it isn't popular at times.
  4. I apologize. Keep up the bitterness if you think it works for you.
  5. Living in the past is a choice. I don't live there, and I applaud the fans that don't allow the gift of football to sour their souls when the chips are down. In a way, it's just a live TV show after all.
  6. Outside of Watkins, the rest of the group leaves me wanting more. Pryor at WR is worth a look.
  7. Hacket and Marrone hamstrung the offense...except of course when Tuel was the QB. Then it was all his fault.
  8. To be the man, you gotta beat the man...wwhhhooooooo!
  9. Nix's purge of the roster was necessary, and of course, a thankless duty. Bringing in Whaley while revamping the scouting department set the table for future progress. Someone had to do the dirty work, and he did it.
  10. "...they say I'm ugly but it just don't faze me...". Words to live by.
  11. Some games will be more passing. Some games will be more running. The score and game clock will likely affect the attempts.
  12. Thank you for not including the stats of the other RBs over the same time period. Context is always so problematic.
  13. I am excited to see how Bradham is used as a blitzer. That is one aspect of his game that has not been fully exploited yet.
  14. It's all about having I-formation players that can flex out into a 5 wide set. When your starting 11 on offense can do that effectively when teams go heavy on D, great things can happen.
  15. You seem to prefer more high risk situations that don't offer the requisite increase in possible upside, coupled with the possibility of a lower floor as losing out on Bulaga should be a cautionary tale on assuming any certainties when openly bidding for players' services.
  16. I think they should draft 2 QBs this year and if nobody steps up this year, draft 3 of them next year. If that doesn't work, draft 4 more of them for 2017. Hell, draft every QB they can find that isn't in a wheel chair.
  17. If Richardson is fully committed to the NFL strength and conditioning program and works on his technique, this could be a decent year for him. Kujo stands to improve the most simply because he was so terrible last year, but then again a huge improvement on his part may not be enough to even be a swing tackle. I agree that the O-line is likely to play better this year, but they still might prove to be the weakest unit on the team.
