I have the exact same predicament.
Hmm I didn't consider the WR situation. Should we be afraid of a tough Jets defensive line? Michel has been inconsistent at best so far this year.
I think Singletary has the higher ceiling, because he should have a great chance to bust out one or two big plays against Miami.
Chargers play the Titans, right? That's a solid defense. I would go with Singletary. He may see limited touches like he was getting pre-injury, but against Miami I think his chances of breaking a big play are as good as they can be.
Nothing official that I have seen. Thought he was essentially good to go for Tennessee and was held out due to the weather so I gotta think he is playing unless something happens during the week.
Don't forget about Nsekhe. I think they were being very cautious with his knee yesterday so he should be good to go in a couple weeks. Either way, we gotta be pleased with how Bates looked. Can never have enough O-line depth.
I hope none of these are too serious and they are all good to go in a couple weeks.
That being said - it's great they were able to keep Eddie on the PS as Murphy insurance. However if he does miss time I think Bam Johnson has earned the extra reps in his place.
I think they select a rookie from each team that doesn't necessarily have to be a QB. I believe this year was Singletary for the Bills.
EDIT: It was Singletary
I love you getting all this crap after you spent an entire day arguing with a guy who was ACTUALLY serious about sitting Allen despite what the doctors say ?
Gotcha. Wasn't aware there was a rule against commenting on players in concussion protocol. Thanks guys.
Hopefully, they plan on having him go through the required tests by the end of the day.
