Bills fans just can’t help but loving the underdog and believe everyone is just a star that didn’t get a chance.  The WR room is weak, Allen makes them look good.   Diggs is a legit player, Davis is a good #2 or 3 and the rest are hot garbage, but everyone here wants to believe Davis is an All-Pro and McKenzie is a top flight slot guy, oh and Shakir is the 2nd coming of Edelman.   Everyone needs to get a grip.  Without Allen, there is one starter in the whole group.

Yep, you are correct, I used the wrong numbers.  You are also pulling one hell of an  exception game to make the numbers look unrealistic.

I don't think most fans are arguing that Davis is an all pro. But Davis is a damn good receiver when he is healthy. To me, that is the real concern - can he stay healthy. If he can, then he can put up big numbers with Diggs opposite him and Allen at QB.

Actually, It was two exceptional games out of the last six :D - and you are right about that.

Davis is better than Kumerow, but it’s like Bills fans forget their prize toys are literally throw always, McKenzie was another team’s cut, as was Kumerow, the highest drafted player in the WR room is Crowder, then Davis for crying out loud.

McKenzie, Kumerow, and Crowder are our "prize toys?"

And since when is draft position for a WR commensurate with his ability?

Thanks for making my point, you can Take all your numbers and project them for a season, for his very best games, he would be at 41 catches, 890 yards and 10TDs, the Legend of the player is far greater than the player.

You need to check your math. BTW,  those were just throws at 10+ yds.

Over his last 6 games (2 of which he was clearly hurting) he has 546 yards and 8 TDs. If you project that over a 17 game season, that would be around 1500 yds and 22 TDs

The Legend of Gabe Davis is far better than the actual player.  He’s a good player, being elevated by Josh Allen.  He’s a number 2 on this team, but a #3 or #4 on others.  I like the kid, but this is another Bills fan over reaction to a couple of flashy plays.

In the last five games that Davis has played, on throws over 20 yards. He has 6 receptions on 7 targets, for 328 yards and 5 TDs. On throws of 19-20 yards, he has 12 receptions on 16 targets for 262 yards and 3 TDs...

Yeah I heard that before the game.

I think Watt is the most important player for a team outside of any QB.  He's the best defensive player in the NFL now.

I think it was one of the big factors yesterday that allowed Allen to drop back and look for so many more deep routes than he has in previous games this year. 11 attempts over 20 yds yesterday compared to 13 attempts over 20 yds in the previous 4 games.

Really? And anything to keep being a blind homer ignoring all injuries and no attempt to add any personal insight. . Point out one fact I Misstated!  Now with knox, poyer , edmunds all being out as well , you still think it’s an easy game? Such astute analysis on your part!  Plus I didn’t say we would lose, so your comprehension is still lacking  any credibility. When is it keeping doom going  , saying we would probably win , but not by a 14 point speed that’s being touted.

Go ahead tho and keep proving how people are sheep and blindly lead. It’s guys like you who always predict undefeated seasons and add nothing to any intelligent analysis because you can’ t ever fathom Bills losing a game , yet they have never finished with less than 3 losses in a season,  ,,,how do you explain any losses in your fantasy world?  You are like the typical woke crowd , and have to label something as “ doomerism “ just because it differed from your shallow thinking ; most people get past your level of analytical  thinking by jr high , but you keep hanging on to it cuz that’s the crowd you feel comfortable with , those who mischaracterize anyone who provides critical thinking   Your  little 7 word sentence really adds to furthering anyones understanding of the game situations.  Can’t wait to see you spout more about the intellectual topic of doomerism !  Time always proves how little insight you type have ( hey where are all our Super Bowl titles at ? Omg , I stated an honest fact , so in your little mind  that must mean I hate the team I have followed since ‘63 , and actually went to Superbowls 27 & 28 to be there to see them win, but I am touting doom ? ! ).  Laughable stuff little homer ! 😂🤮☺️

Creepy dude? I have a degree in biology. I back up my statements with actual articles from newspapers and facts.  Sorry if that upsets you.  My girlfriend is 2 years younger than me.  She loves Taylor Swift.  She tells me repeatedly how even Taylor Swift writes songs about how a girl gets older and how their ex boyfriends girlfriends stay the same age.  You seem to have a problem with science.  Don't blame me for your insecurities.

Just as an aside, you can be creepy and have a degree biology. They are not mutually exclusive.

Probably a good move by Tomlin.  The Bills would know what to expect and anticipate from Trubisky.  Maybe there will be some element of surprise from Pickett. It’s a grasp, and likely won’t pay off. But i think it’s a sure thing loss if they start Mitch.

I think it was a move Tomlin had to make. That offense was doing nothing with Trubisky.

I watched the game and, FWIW, these were my observations. Pickett Pickett threw 13 passes with 3 interceptions. On the first two INTs, they weren't the best throws, but they both hit the receivers in the hands before being tipped by a defender and intercepted by another defender. The third INT was on a hail mary. He completed his other ten passes, some with a nice touch and good placement. He has a pretty quick release, seems to be pretty accurate, has a decent arm, and throws a pretty nice ball. He also seemed tough, fearless and fairly mobile - rushing for 2 TDs. He seemed to handle that offense much better than Trubisky and it wasn't as if it was garbage time - they were in the game until the end - and his teammates seemed to respond to him.

The Bills should win this game, but I think the change in QB will be better for the Steelers for the rest of this season.

Because you don't give the rookie time to sit back and throw and hit his dumps in the short passing gane. You confuse him send blitzes and speed the game up. Guy isn't even going to know how to call protections.

The Bills blitz less than any team in the NFL - by a wide margin. They certainly are not going to change for Kenny Pickett. They disguise their pre snap coverages, get pressure with 4, and play disciplined in the secondary. I'm sure they will thow in a blitz here and there, but, for the most part, I expect them to play in the same way that has made them the number 1 pass defense in the NFL this year.

What i was trying to say is - we wanted to make a move at WR and it didn't happen in FA because of cap space and it didn't happen in the draft because of where we picked in each round.  They missed on kirk, ended up with crowder.  Missed on Mckissic, ended up with Duke and selected Cook.

Deebo did have an amazing play, and is generally an amazing player.  So is Diggs.  So i'm not sure what point you're trying to make.

His point is what it always is: Some variation of "Beane sucks"
