    I couldn’t agree more! That’s why when I come across any stalled papers, I always place a staple on the bottom side, so it’s not off balance.

    If a recipe is good, but heavy on the salt, soak in cold water (switching out every 20 minutes) for an hour I have a great maple/espresso recipe! Just have to find it.

    Most electric smokers urge against the use of pellets, for those you can get a tray or tube made by A-Maze-N and use pellets in anything- can also cold smoke using it!!

    Kirby- smokers are great for pork butt/shoulder (pulled pork), brisket, ribs, homemade bacon, mrags makes great fatty’s, look into reverse searing steaks, and billions of other things!!! Great buy!
