  1. 3rd down defense was a legit problem. As someone pointed out above, Tua did some uncharacteristic things on a few of those 3rd downs where he got out of the pocket/scrambled and extended the play and that led a few first downs out of those 3rds. Yes our third down D needs to be better, and pass rush needs to get home. BUT my point does remain, Tua was held to under 150 yards and half of his 22 completions were at or behind the LOS. That will make the pass rush less effective.
  2. Yea I saw McD on the sideline saying into the mic "hey Brady, call the 2 yard pass play please" repeatedly last night. So annoying.
  3. hey guys I just want everyone to know....Tua completed 22 passes for under 150 yards. Do you think the reason we didnt get any pressure or sacks was because all of Tua's throws were at or behind the LOS? I think that contributed to that fact.
  4. last offensive play of the game was a designed josh allen run...just sayin
  5. Texans were a good team last year though. Top 5 defense.
  6. There are only 17 games a season, not including playoffs.
  7. thats not an egg. an egg is losing a game they shouldnt have lost against a bad team (at least by my definition).
  8. what egg did this team lay last year?
  9. They signed Shaq Thompson after all was said and done, FA and draft, mini camps. They did not really address the position with resources of a team thinking they would need a new LB starter next season.
  10. No I am saying WEEK 10 is a tough week, therefore I am saving the Bills for week 10 use against the Dolphins. This week there are plenty of good options, including Seattle, who wont have use again this season and should clean up easy against the Saints. Sorry if I was not clear.
  11. Jordan Hancock is on hand to be either Rapp or Johnsons eventual replacement
  12. Any game winning anything should get the Shout, no doubt. CB? Really? Benford Hairston Strong Johnson Hancock Lewis I dont see them spending a high resource on CB next year.
  13. Better week to use the Bills is the next time they play Miami, week 10. And that is largely because it is a TOUGH week elsewhere around the league.
  14. That has always been a likely scenario after Milano's restructure. They do have Dorian in house and likely have a lot of faith in him. I would expect LB to be addressed via FA/Draft (although many thought they would do that this year and did not at all).
  15. Agree for game winners, no doubt, but that should be an obvious moment to play it. Other than game ending FG's...shelve the shout song for 3's
  16. I really wish they would reserve the Shout song for tuddies only. I show my objection by not participating in the shout song after 3's.
  17. Or just McD slow playing info for gamesmanship. He is usually buttoned up. He was then asked if he was ruling out a long term injury for Milano, and he said "no". That was the fastest presser in history. Under 5 Minutes.
  18. Per McD Presser: injury update the same exact as yesterday, still waiting to see if Milano can go Thursday (I can't imagine that, but who knows)
  19. All of them usually. However, last year I sold the last two games because they were meaningless and I used it to pay for my playoff tickets. This year, all of them except the Saints game, family wedding the night before and don't have child care for both THAT overnight and then the next morning/afternoon. Pains me to sell.
  20. They will try just as hard as they tried the last two games...except this time, they play a juggernaut on the road on a short week.
  21. Coverage is Williams weak spot. It is also Andreesens though. Shaq is the best coverage backer that is a backup, but I don't think he will be ready to play. Williams will see the field a lot this week in Milanos absence, but not because of his coverage prowess.
  22. There is a less than zero percent chance Daboll is brought back as OC. No players jobs are on the line, just coaches, and the players dont care about McVapey
  23. Knox was also stellar against the Jets as a blocker, blowing people off the ball and opening huge lanes/cut backs. Hawes is as advertised and I think he will improve as a pass catcher. Yes he is the Knox replacement, but not this year or next IMO. We have room for all three TE's and love the way we are using them. It will continue to make us so versatile.
