  1. The NFL needs to change this. It is a very cheesy rule. It’s like calling a time out after the fact, after a play has occurred. Hey NFL, you mean to tell me a play doesn’t count because of a covert technicality. You mean to say a side arrangement can be made between a coach and a referee before the play is initiated to trump the results of what happens on the field. Does it get any seedier than that? Is it any wonder why one might feel a sense of being had at the conclusion of the play or game. And what an unconvincing way to win a game. Can you imagine a super bowl ending in this fashion. The conclusion seems so fraudulent as if to demean the person who chose to watch. HA ha sucka, punked cha! This game mattered little to me and most fans I know with The Bills being 0 for 7 or 1 and 6 but I can’t understand why the commish wants a game as muddled as that. This trend is only a few years old. How did it ever get into the rule book. It makes the game ugly.
  2. Hurry and sign Howard to an extension. I think lad has good locker room presence.
  3. It's Chan b*tch. Football is a tough game for tough people. When I walk onto the field I expect to win (except this year). This week we'll also put Maybin at NT to toughen him up a little bit, put Kelsie at CB to work on his turning and general quickness skills, Poz at free safety cause he's seems confused at MLB. And we're gonna try a few more hail mary's on offense. With the bye week and all, I'm checking this board frequently for fresh ideas. Thanks and be at cha later!
  4. This is a super piece Belongs in the HOF of team eulogies. Although I like Chan's attitude and interview style, we are a lot further away than I ever thought. But after reading this, somehow I feel a little better. By golly I think you've healed yourself Arrogant Bastard. Welcome back. I'm sure that morning coffee has inspired a fresh outlook.
  5. I don't know why he continues to give his critique of the team and his team mates when his play falls so far short of the mark. There seems to be a certain amount of self denial going on with much of this team. I didn't hear what Dierdorf's were.
  6. Let the jokes begin. It’s a brand new season. This team is so bad …. Hank Bullough seems like the good old days The sunshine boys just fired Jauron again Al Davis called to give us some free advise Check that, Al Davis called, he wants his game plan back Donte Whitner says its not about the xxx & ooo’s but being a hardass tackler I guess …hmmm I bet George Edwards (d coordinator) is breathing a sense of relief …hmmm
  7. Correction; It means 10 teams passed on him since the bills draft position was at 11. Any other team putting in a waiver claim went unreported since it mattered little.
  8. +1 I bet he makes an impact right away. Would like to see more of Chris Ellis. He was also starting to contribute but found bench time after getting his first sack.
  9. We will shock the world this week. Because if we don't, the playoffs can only be defined as next year. I actually have a good feeling about this game.
  10. With all the crapola that passes for journalism these days, maybe it is time for those columnists, bloggers & radio heads who have excused themselves for what they have lambaste in others be so duly noted for such under-whelming, dubious, loosely opinioned if not misinformed and work generally bereft of reality be recognized critically if not satirically. I therefore suggest and appeal to all members that we create The Stadium Wall first annual top ten dipstick journo-list. A preseason favored list and the season ending list with the season winner receiving the coveted DikHed award. There might even be a virtual ceremonial banquet to celebrate the occasion. At the Top of my list: Peter King, Schopp and Bulldog, Bob Mathews, Tim Graham, Jerry Sullivan (if other is included I would put head butting, finger pointing fred dicker in first place)
  11. OK Robot aka H.K. Like your material. Sully needs an occasional kick in the pants. Maybe I’ll catch your next venue at Comics. Until then stage right exit left.
  12. You really would have made your point much better if you would have quoted the guy in full that you plagiarized from the readers comment section below the article. How flagrant. Here's the full quote and it could not have been stated better. Well done Harry. Sully always writes two columns just to be prepared. His other one wonders how much more Trent does Chan have to see before he does the obvious thing and benches him? That's our Sully. he's like a weathervane, only he points in the opposite direction and tells the wind its wrong. POSTED BY: HARRY KOZLOWSKI, HOOKSETT, NH on Tue Sep 21,2010 at 9:31 am
  13. I’d jump that rhino woman beast, wrestle it to the ground and …. feed her some twinkies
  14. And if you should step in front of a moving bus, you should discount your personal 2 year plan. Save your useless if projections.
  15. That's where you get your information profootballweekly, ha ha ha lol You are a very funny person. Next you'll be basing your Bills GM credentials on sleeping at a Holiday Inn
  16. And your credentials are; you live with your mom, read football magazines and watch a lot of football on tv
  17. Well said. A steel in the second round but not worth a second thought in the first?
  18. Our reasons for having No interest in trading for Roethlisberger are the same as the Steelers for trading him
  19. I was a neutral spectator in this one but admit feeling a little sympathy for Favre. They so remind me of my poor Bills. Agreed, chicot. Once the Vikings got to the 32, Childress must have thought he was on the 15. Two runs up the gut and kick a 9 iron chip but Nooo! One lame little penalty and suddenly its 3rd desperation at the 37. Whereas the Vikings lost their aggressiveness at the end on offense, they lost their nerve from the beginning on defense. N O didn't take long to proclaim how they intended to defend their goal. Hit Favre early and often at every opportunity legal or cough illegal. You could practically feel their intentions and hits as if they were saying just try to make it close and don't worry about yellow hankies, the refs' may even get tired of throwing them long before Favre has trouble throwing 15 yards downfield. McCray's explosive late hit on Favre on a running play at the start signaled those intentions. Sharper followed with an even bigger hit 2 plays later that was borderline. And it continued that way through the rest of game. It amazed me that Favre was still standing at the end. The Vikings should have countered, on the very first Saint possession by laying down the law - a monster late hit on Brees yellow flag be damned. In hockey, if your opponent runs your goalie you counter by running theirs. In baseball, if they pitch at your head, you pitch at theirs and in football they late hit your QB why shouldn't you late hit theirs. How many roughing calls came the Vikings way?
