Just like in your childhood hide and seek days no ones coming to look for you.

So which part of the glorious United Republic of Tea Party would you geniuses live- Jesus Land, Rand Nation, or Corporate Country.
-
Maybe after we have been a third world nation a little while we could export our home grown terrorist overseas instead of getting foreign terrorist here- sounds like a jobs program.

Anyone who thinks Kelsay is a better OLB than Lawson is delusional
-
yes Kelsay had 1 more sack last year but I'd rather have Lawson because he's not a joke in coverage and can actually make a tackle in the open field.
-
Well no one can say Lawson was an impossible get- the Bengals are a small market, cold weather team that starts with B and the a 1 year 3mil contract wasn't out of even our cheapo range.
-
Yeah we need an OT but Sully suggests Flo Adams and that makes no kinda sense - 36 and in fairly rapid decline is not a good fit for a young team, Ryan Harris might make sense but I've seen reviews of him that were pretty negative - Starks, Andrews, Gaither, and perhaps Vernon Carey all are quality big men with injuries- Langston Walker is a pretty good run blocker and a below average pass blocker, Herman Johnson is a huge guy with good athletic ability but can't keep his weight in check and might not be the most mentally ready guy. Then you are down to guys like Ryan Cook and is he really better than the guys you got? maybe, he has started more games then any of our contenders.
-
I'm not buying the Vernon Carey is going to be cut unless his knee is in rough shape - on the other hand he's scheduled to make 4+ million so I guess it's possible.

Do we really need Lee Evans?
....lybob replied to playboy reese 2.0's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Before I'd get rid of Evans I'd like to see him with a QB who's not running for his life. -
Max Starks has played both LT and RT, and we don't know how much it is injury, weight or Money that is turning off the Steelers - what is unattractive at 5 mil might not be so unattractive at 2.5 mil. Shawn Andrews - similar to Starks some injuries and due a boatload of money (7.5 mil) again might be attractive at a lower price Langston Walker- below average pass blocker but a strong run blocker- the guy got run out of here in a moronic way but not by the guys here today. Herman Johnson - the guy is huge and athletic for his size but hasn't worked hard enough yet and let his weight get away from him.
-
beggars can't be choosers - free agency was weak at 3-4 ILB in the first place- I don't see Barnett as an upgrade to POZ but neither do I see him as a liability, sometimes you don't have a lot of good options- I think the Bills did as well as they could without overpaying. To me Kelsay as the starting OLB is much more troubling than ILB, I don't think he can cover or make tackles in the open field and if I was an opposing offense I'd target him at every opportunity.

people I'd be interested in 1. Manny Lawson -while he never became the double digit pass rusher people thought he would be he is excellent in pass coverage and good against the run - freakish athlete with 4.45 speed. 2. Zack Miller- of course he'd be expensive 3. David Thomas TE- he can play as a fullback or TE he'd be a good H-Back- good run blocker good hands 4. Jamaal Anderson DE - turned out opposite of what people expected- very good against the run but not very good pass-rusher 6,6 290 he's always played in a 4-3 but he might be a much better fit as a 3-4 DE,only 25, Depends on what the Bills think of Spencer Johnson and his contract. 5. OTs 4 big/too big men, Max Starks, Langston Walker, Herman Johnson, Shawn Anderson

What Would You Do With The O-Line
....lybob replied to Rob's House's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I'd look at these threetwo Justin Blalock resigned with Falcons, Max Starks, and Langston Walker don't know the extent of Starks injury or weight gain but he played LT at 345 so if he was say 365-370 maybe he could still play RT. Langston Walker was a serviceable RT and the guys who throw him to the curb were themselves thrown to the curb - and he did a kick as interview -
Barnett is a legit starter - a major upgrade? depends if you are talking POZ or Torbor lets just say he's not a liability- Barnett and the Bills were like bar folk looking to hook up, at first they were not very impressed with each other but as the night wore on and options became limited the suddenly found each other very attractive.
-
Was a very solid LB until some injuries, I'd be interested depending on the condition of his knees.
-
I think White can catch too as he started at WR and later switched to RB
-
Bee Yard for the common folk not buying Grey Poupon by the case.

All chances of obtaining the good players in FA

My plan D would be get Manny Lawson ( IMO the best 3-4 LB left) and let Moats, Batten, White, Davis, and Shepard fight it out for the two ILB position Plan E would be getting Rudd and hoping Rudd could play inside in a 3-4 Plan F would be to continue to say we are playing 3-4 but actual just play 4-3 Plan G is a 5-1-5 DL Carrington, Dareus, Jasper, Williams, Moats LB Merriman DBs McKelvin, Drayton, Wilson, Bryd, Searcy Plan H is Jasper playing ILB just for fun -
If a Rookie comes in and dominates it's usually at LB, or RB sometimes OG
-
I hope the Bills go after Manny Lawson - he and I know it's shocking to Bills fans is a LB who can actually cover TEs and RBs- Merriman, Shepard, Moats, Lawson would give the Bills the best Team Speed and Size we have had at LB in a long time.

Bills interested in OT Tyson Clabo
....lybob replied to FluffHead's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Either way It's a good move by Buffalo- even if they don't get him they can jack the price up making it easier to go after Justin Blalock. -
Blow his mind tell him how most Iranians aren't Arabs either- and did you know there are Iranian Jews isn't that weird in fact there are still around 25000 Jews in Iran- yes the world has a rich diversity of ethnicities and cultures or as 1billsfan knows them funny brown people.
-
I'd be interested but I'd also be interested in Martellus Bennett who's supposed to be up for trade.

Considering that Salary cap wise the Bills are in a top five position. the quality and quantity of free agents this year (best it's been in years) and the quality of talent on the Bills at present (below average) I assert anything less than 4 starters (counting Drayton) coming from this free agency would show that we have a less than average front office.
