  1. Arm was hit on a throw in the first quarter and hasn't been back since. Lost a fumble on the play.
  2. Hmmm, I feel like some of these penalties the Niners are being called for are things that happen on every play.
  3. If the Bengals make it to the Super Bowl I don't see how their o-line holds up against either of these defensive fronts.
  4. Doesn't look like it hit the wire. And even if it did, Eagles have no leg to stand on after they got that 4th down call.
  5. Geez, how does Hurts miss that throw? He wasn't even under pressure.
  6. When one of your best players gets hurt when he's not even on the field you know things are not trending in your direction.
  7. I remember catching parts of the first Eagles/Giants game back in week 11 on a side TV while watching the Jets/Bills game. It seemed like the Eagles were just moving and scoring on the Giants almost as if the Giants (a playoff team) were literally physically incapable of being able of competing with the Eagles in any way. Then, the Eagles did it again to them last weekend. They've only lost one game when Hurts played. As long as he stays healthy, as good as Hurts is, and with the talent around him, it almost seems like they are unbeatable.
  8. If it helps, here's a little reminder that might make us feel better about about Allen and this team's future. I'm not saying Allen is as good as Peyton Manning but Manning was drafted exactly 20 years before Allen (Manning: 1998 Allen: 2018). So, where was Peyton this time 20 years ago? He was coming off of this bludgeoning: https://www.pro-football-reference.com/boxscores/200301040nyj.htm. That Jets team was good but not on the level of this year's Bengals IMO. Peyton threw 19 INTs that year (5 more than Allen this year) and Peyton still hadn't even won a playoff game yet. I think we are on pace for a better future with Allen than it may seem like right now. I'm hopeful.
  9. If any of the remaining teams aside from the 49ers end up winning the Super Bowl we could get the primetime opener again. Though they probably won't put us in that game and I honestly don't see them putting us on Thanksgiving again either. I'm thinking our primetime games will be: SNF @Bengals TNF Jaguars (this one may be a reach, perhaps more likely to be at Eagles or Chargers) MNF Cowboys SNF @Chiefs MNF Dolphins
  10. Gotta be honest, and I'm sure I'll get down vote/eyeroll, etc emojis for this but I feel like it needs to be said. If yesterday's result tells me anything it's that I am not as certain we definitely would have made the Superbowl if we had held off the Chiefs in those 13 seconds and won. Not a knock on Allen or the rest of the team, but Burrow is good. Really good.
  11. I guess the goodwill that Cincinnati built up amongst our fan base over the years (ending the drought, helping us through the Hamlin situation) was destroyed last night? I honestly wouldn't mind seeing them win it all. Then again, if they win next week, then lose the SB, they will join us and Minnesota in the 0-4 club.
  12. I said all offseason watch out for the Bengals. They really were the team that scared me most with Hill leaving KC. I kept hearing that last year was a "fluke", but, I'm sorry, I think they really are legit and going to be another tough team to get through for years to come right along side KC. Not saying we can't eventually get through but they are the real deal.
  13. Glad the Giants won but more so happy for Daboll. I don't have anything against the Vikings even thought they beat the Bills.
  14. That was the Giants’ first playoff win since beating NE in the Super Bowl. They are back I guess.
  15. Happy for Daboll
  16. I am 4-0 in my wild card weekend picks so far.
  17. Horrible rouging call
  18. Slayton Slayton Slayton
  19. Seems Lovie knew what he was doing last week after all.
  20. Much like Buffalo/NE the tides have turned in this division rival.
  21. It would be kind of fitting for the Bills to win the championship game in the city where they played their last Super Bowl in order to finally make it back to the big game.
  22. If we win the Super Bowl, and tradition holds to where we host the Thursday night opener, I'm thinking we will most likely get Dallas or Miami. Maybe Tampa if you know who is still there.
  23. Kind of hope GB makes it. I think, the way they are playing right now, they could possibly put up a fight with SF. Seattle would get slaughtered.
  24. Poor Lions. They fought hard in the 2nd half of the season. But they can still get the satisfaction of knocking out GB.
