Picking up Rogers, Kaufman, and Pough is a coup for this team. Rogers could start if he gets his act together. Kaufman can get some plays in as a red zone threat. Would they try to convert him to TE? Pough provides depth, and is a good developmental project. I'd like to see him hit the weight room and bulk up a bit.
Kolb is worthless IMO. I hated Fitz but he's better than Kolb. I think the Bills stay put as always, and see if Geno Smith falls to them at 8 or EJ Manuel at 41. Everyone else, again IMO, isn't worth being drafted in the top three rounds. Failing to come away with anybody, we're going to suck next season anyways so we'll have a better shot to get "our guy" next year.
Whitner was terrible. His coverage is shotty! He's often out of position. He's always going for the big hit instead of trying to make a tackle and whiffs a lot. Should you cheer that helmet to helmet hit in your youtube video? The guy could have wound up like Kevin Everett or has everyone already forgotten.
There's no way this guy deserved big money. Oh And the pro bowl selections are a joke.
The first drive he should have walked into the end zone. He waited too long to take off, knee was down before the ball crossed the plane, so no touchdown.
Second drive two nice passes.
All in all OK, but nothing eye opening.
Revis only costs $6M next year. I think it's around $4M to franchise Byrd. But what would the Jets want is the question, a first? more? Then after next season Revis is a UFA.
The Buffalo Orange have taken over.
I'd love for Geno Smith to fall to us. No I did not see the Pinstripe Bowl. But, I think he can make all the throws, and has a nice deep ball. He also doesn't turn the ball over.
