  1. Much better injury report today.
  2. I believe that is only related to players via trade to make them fit under the cap to the team they are going to. Robert Woods had his contract restructured last year after thanksgiving for no apparent reason by the titans. Maybe because he's ***** crazy.
  3. Exactly. I'm sure they will add more to his plate as he starts practicing but for this weekend his job is just what you said.
  4. I was going to go with "at that size, he shouldn't have a problem pounding it into the end zone from the 1 yard line"
  5. 382 of his 1,014 yards are YAC. Near 40% of his receiving yards. That's a pretty good reason why. I'd be interested in how that compares with other top receivers. Actually found it. http://hosted.stats.com/fb/leaders.asp?range=NFL&type=Receiving&rank=231
  6. If they run a trick play where Josh catches a TD, I know I can turn the game off.
  7. Say what now?
  8. You can say that again!
  9. I knew I did. You quoted me faster than I could correct it. As to the other subjects, stats lie. PFF is whatever. QB Rating they attribute to the closest defender and don't account for scheme and where they were suppose to be playing so he looks like "meh" in those stats. Just from watching him play I like how he plays. That's my opinion on him.
  10. They can't trade the 3rd rd comp pick since it hasn't been award to them yet so yes, it's just their normal 3rd rd pick and we will still get a comp at some point.
  11. But we don't have white anymore. Soooo get help and hope it works or dont get help and hope it works. Those are the options.
  12. Well there is value if others value him enough but in regard to trading him for a late round pick, I agree. He's just doing something that the coaching staff doesn't like at this point and he needs to fix it.
  13. I'm joking, I'm joking. 🤣
  14. If they wanted to move him, they would have. That's how I feel about it at this point. Not sure exactly why they are keeping him if they don't want to play him but apparently they like something enough about him to not give up on a 1st round pick. And I don't think it's hubris. He's been good in game other than 1 or 2 games. They just don't trust him in the system for some reason.
  15. No question. I'm sure everyone would have liked him over this trade which is why people are being salty but only way it would have worked would be to give him the Watson deal where he makes nothing his 1st year and then 15m next year. Even then, it would have been pretty hard to swallow with Josh, Diggs and Von hitting hard on the cap next year and we need to think about the future. Keeping and having more picks is the right move to try to hit on something to replace Hyde and Poyer as well as others.
  16. There were two prices in that trade to happen. Bears and the players. Bears wanted a lot and Johnson wanted to get paid with an extension.
  17. And we are getting a 3rd round pick for Edmunds leaving. So it's a player and a 5th round pick for a late-ish 3rd rounder and will have another 3rd round pick that they have available equating to a 4th after the trade. What's the issue?
  18. They will at least be rested. That's for sure.
  19. Jones had a twitter post a week or so ago. Something like "I'll be back" with a sack of his. The "no news is good news" on Milano is as good as we can expect at this point.
