Sorry to upset so many people with this question. But I feel it is a huge issue to not think about for this upcoming season. The fact that we could very well be in this same position at this time next year with a new "owner", staff, and QB.

This is not a Ralph Wilson should go away post. I have not heard anyone go into depth about what this upcoming season could bring if Ralph Wilson passes during the season. Let's say hypothetically the Bills finish 4-12, as many experts expect us to do. E.J. Manuels rookie season looks more like Blaine Gabberts than RG3s, which is fairly likely if history is any indicator for this team. Doug Marrone does a decent but not great job in his first year (also likely). And Ralph Wilson passes during the season. What would happen? Although there are a lot of hypothiticals there is a good chance all of this may happen. My thoughts would be the Wilson family would sell the team to the highest bidder and the new owners would likely want to start from scratch (Brandon included) with a team that missed the playoffs for a 14th straight year and a QB and coach that did not show any great potential in this league. My guess is we might be talking about drafting Manziel with 1 of the top 3 picks in next years draft. I hope this is not the way the season plays out but then again it might all be for the best. So assuming Manuel, Marone, and the Bills struggle which is fairly likely and Wilson passes what do you think happens to the Buffalo Bills next offseason?

That is my point. We could have Tom Brady as a QB and he would have ended up like J.P. Losman. We would not have been able to have a good QB because we wouldn't have had a good coach. We wouldn't have had a good coach because we wouldn't have had a good G.M. We wouldn't have had a good G.M. because we don't have a good owner.

You should watch a Bills game before making crazy statements. Edwards was the worst starting DE in the league last year. And for anyone who thinks we will keep him as our 8th or 9th Dlineman....You dont keep people who make 4 milion a year as 3rd string....not sure what some people don't understand about this.

There is a reason Easley went in the 4th where Floyd and Blackmon are strongly considered to be top 10 picks.

Ask yourself a question. What do you as a informed fan think we need most with the 10th pick? Most of us would agree you either go WR or LT. Some would say OLB and CB. My take on those two positions is 1. The OLB from what I here is not one of the more important parts of Wannstedts d-fense. As for cornerback they got a very bad wrap due to the worst Dline in the league last year. And we all know that should not be a problem this year. So for me it comes down to LT or WR. I lean towards WR. I remember last year at times just trying to figure out who exactly was left for Fitz to throw to towards the end of the year. When your best solution is a 50% Stevie and a healthy Brad Smith that sticks with you. We were also dire due to injuries at LT during times. However knowing you have a guy like Levitre who could swing out to LT with decent interior depth made me feel OK about it. So I say Blackmon or Floyd at # 10.
